ok i put all the info i answered from my last thread (??Kairi??) trust me im sure of this one


What do you think about Kairi being one of the decendents. I mean do you think that the gods (Chasers) sent her to the island so that her,sora,and,Riku could fight as one...thats why I put "the gods (chasers)" and thats cause I cant prove they are chasers I just know there realy powerfull beings....you know from the legend...if you whant me to i can post the legend on to this thread... Plus in KH2 Riku gave Kairi a Keyblade and remember he was kind'a like a spy for them and found out info (which is not revealed to us well atleast not all of it) so what if he now knows whats going on with Kairi and the rest of them and is now trying to help them acheve victory???yah but Xehanort is one of the chaser/god things and in the legend he takes ansems body and writes ansems reports 2-11 ansem only wrote the first 1... and Nomura said it was both Chance and fate so am i the only one who knows the defenition of fate?and you cant say that Riku didnt learn nething cause since the keblade had a keychain on it when riku gave it to Kairi so he must of knew if she wasnt one of the decendents that it would go back to the original owner or the more powerfull one and you seen this KH1 when Riku takes it off of sora by holding his hand out and it teleported into his hand and then when they verse each other sora takes it back... and why do i think Sora,Riku,and Kairi will be back in kh3 well even if they're not in the begining they will have to come back somewhere in the plot otherwise it would mess up the whole story and in the legend it says the decendents will have to verse Xehanort one day, so even if the story was in the past it would still lead back to the main story well where we left off you know at the bottle ,and we already know sora and riku are both decendents and now im saying Kairi is a decendent and i have facts to back it up...

Years, I’m talking probably decades, before the adventure with Sora ever took place. There was the greatest keyblade war that ever took place. Now we do not know it if it was a war between great armies or just between these four beings known as Chasers. Though with no knowledge of this war, we do know that it has been recorded and in this war these Chasers were much known as gods.

So the question is, What are these four Chasers? And who are they?

Well, it is told by many that they “manifested great power and chanelled it through these expertly crafted weapons known as Keyblades.” It is believed that the Chasers “all had to power to create, save, destroy and lock world’s hearts. Their keyblade gave them enough power to unlock the energy of a worlds physical heart and be able to move from world to world.”

Some disruption, or argument over something so dear to them broke out, and the four Chasers went there separate ways. Two of the chasers followed the riteous path of light, “bringing life to the worlds”, as they followed the paths of Light and Twilight.

But the other two, their hearts receded into darkness, and wanted nothing but power and control over all the worlds that there were. These two followed the paths of Darkness, bringing “destrution to all worlds”, with their greed for ultimate power.

Surprisingly, one of the Dark Chasers noticed his faults (though it is not known why) and decided to fight against the darkness instead of being its ally. This scenerio is similar to the story of Riku and his fight against the heartless Ansem. As much as this Chaser could do to fight the Darkness, it just wasn’t good enought to make it to the paths of Light or Twilight. So he choose the path of Dawn, which is just a step under from the path of Light.

But what of the final Chaser, the one who wanted to consume his soul in darkness and never let go of it. This Dark Chaser known as Xehanort became the supreme Dark Keyblade Master, and sought to fight all who defended the Light, even if it meant to fight the three other Chasers who he had known for a long time.

The war began, some believe that Xehanort brought upon an army so grand to fight against the ones of Light to defend his power, but others speculate that this War was just between Xehanort, and the three other Chasers of Light. Either way, Xehanort was defeated, and with that defeat, he lost something that every man wants (needs) most, his memory.

This is where the legend begins to fade, because it is not known exactly what happens next, but to some this is how it went. Xehanort was cast away without his memory, and was somehow reborn by sleep. He awoke in the world known as Radiant Garden, still extremely weak, he explored this world. As he stopped to rest and figure out where he was, but most importantly WHO he was, a man known to this new world as The Great Ansem the Wise, stubbled onto Xehanort and offered his guidance and support so the man could live. As Ansem brought Xehanort back to his home, he began to notice that the man’s memory was gone, so he offered to restore it.

Meanwhile, the other Chasers some how knew of what was going on with Xehanort and his arrival to Radiant Garden. They wanted to go to this world to defeat Xehanort at his moment of severe weakness. But they too were ill. Though they survived, after the battle, a great heaviness began to invade their souls, and they knew that it was not their battle, it was not their time to defeat the man they once knew. They knew that in years to come, their descendants would have the courage and the strength in their hearts to defeat Xehanort for the last time.

The Chaser of Twilight, knowing that he would never have any descedants, decided to give his Keyblade to the King of all the Worlds, a gentleman (or mouse) who would be known as King Mickey.

The Chaser of Light, knew his descendant was to be born and raised in the world of Destiny Islands. This boy had the pontential power in his heart to defeat Xehanort and any other great enemies that were to face him. This boy would be known as Sora.

But what of the Chaser of Dawn. He knew that his decendant was going to have a struggle with the darkness, the same as he himself did. So he was reluctant to give this boy a keyblade, but once this boy knew his wrong doings and decided to travel the Path of Dawn, then he would obtain the Keyblade “Pathway to Dawn” from this Chaser. Riku was to be the boy, and though he did have a Keyblade while allying with the Darkness, that Keyblade was not destined to be his, it was not the Keyblade given to him from the Chaser of Dawn. This Keyblade that would be known as Soul Eater, would be given to him by an enemy that would trouble Riku in the darkness, it was the darkness itself that decided to give Riku that Dark Keyblade.

Much happened as the years went by. Xehanort gained back his memory and betrayed his master Ansem the Wise by stealing his own name and began these experiments on such beings known as Heartless which lead him to the curiosity of the hearts of people and worlds. Xehanort recorded his findings, which can be read in Ansem Reports that can be found in various places. His greed for darkness formed him into a Heartless and a being known as a Nobody.

Sora, now in his teenaged years, finds himself troubled with what is to lay upon him. He obtains his keyblade, and fights the Heartless from Xehanort that rooted his soul into the one person Sora did not expect Riku. Sora defeats Ansem, but there still was a little piece of him locked away into the darkness of Riku.

Later, Riku fights against Ansem, and wins as he travels the path of Dawn. But what here, did Riku make a horrible mistake. You see, after this battle, Xehanort was reborn from his time in Riku, from his lust for the Darkness.

With both his Heartless, and now his Nobody Xemnas defeated, Xehanort now believes that it is his turn to fight this so called “Keyblade Master”, and any who wish to shead away the forms of Darkness.

After countless battles with the Darkness, King Mickey is terrified to hear that Xehanort has been reborn and wishes to take his revenge on the people who did him justice. So he sends a letter to Sora, Riku and Kairi of what is to come.

Now that Xehanort can not defeat the three Chasers who abandoned him so long ago for they have vanished. Then he will just have to defeat the descendants of these Chasers who have caused so much trouble in his life.

“A great war is about to once again begin. One that will decide the fate of all those who hold a Keyblade, and those that lay in the path of Light.”

He didn't kill Ansem. Ansem the Wise was DiZ and was still human (not Heartless or Nobody).

The legend is also speculation by fans, not truth.

Nearly, but I think the Keyblade is the reflection of the wielder's heart.

Kairi - Light
King Mickey - Dawn
Sora - Twilight
Riku - Darkness

I may have got King Mickey and Sora the wrong way round, but other than that I'm pretty sure that's the case. It's also that the Keychains give the power and not the Keyblades themselves.

How can I remember that when we've no idea? Xehanort was never a Keyblade wielder over the course of the current Kingdom Hearts games. It's complete theory and speculation that he may have been a wielder before he lost his memories.

Riku specifically went to the dark realm to use it to his advantage by taking on the form of Xehanort's Heartless. He could still wield the Keyblade in that form, and he originally got it while his heart was swallowed by Darkness. It's logical that his Keyblade would be of Darkness.

I originally thought that, but Mickey always had a heart mostly of light. Kairi's wouldn't be twilight as she is a Princess of Heart, which means her heart is pure Light. Sora's, Riku's and King Mickey's all have some darkness within their hearts.

As Sora and Riku have been exposed to the darkness most, I put them as Twilight and Darkness respectively.

They're the same Keyblade according to Nomura. They just have different names in each game.

Nope - Kairi's is flowery. Sora's has a gold head with silver blade. King Mickey's has a silver head with gold blade. Riku's is jagged and dark.

Just because it was named "Way to the Dawn" doesn't mean it was the Dawn Keyblade lol

As found last night, the Keyblade in the ground in Sunset Horizons on the left is entirely silver with a Mickey Mouse Keychain instead of Mickey's Keyblade with a Crown Keychain. It could be a separate Keyblade, and it means two of the Keyblades have the same Keychains.

Ok guyz, after reading the WHOLE ELEVEN PAGES of this stuff i think i have a reasonable solution.

a) I beleive noheart's theory to be an exceptionally good one and yes it could indeed be possible but..
b) I have to agree with Riku that (and i'm sorry noheart) it is not fact, how can anything be fact when lets face it we dont really know anything about KH3 apart from what was in sunset horizions?
c) (This time i'm sorry to Riku who i usually agree with) I'd have to agree with Carl's idea here

mickey could have got the dark keyblade when he was in the dark realm since he was in it since the beginning of the first game
Except i'd switch Kairi with Sora simply coz she would be light, Sora would be Twilight because he turned into a heartless (and as Riku said is exposed to far more darkness) and came back to light.

The only one I'm really certain of is Kairi as Light, but although it makes sense that Riku would be Dawn and Sora would be Twilight, it doesn't make sense that Mickey's would be of Darkness. Even though he was on the dark side of the door, his heart still had light, and the Keyblade of Darkness would need to go to someone with a heart of complete or almost complete Darkness. Riku's heart changed to that temporarily while Xehanort controlled him, and it was around that time he got his Keyblade.

Although he chose the way to Dawn, he had his Keyblade before then, which is why I think his is of Darkness and Mickey's is of Dawn.
