I've only seen one of the knight's attacks live in the actually game, it depleted the guy playing's health to red with one attack which is most likely the knight's most common attack becasue it's his first...the guy playing died next hit...

Yeah..If only I "could" say that I will be able to fight against the knight (for KH2: FM hasn't been announced to release outside Japan). But...If I were to fight against him...I'm pretty sure I wouldn't do to good the first few times around (ummm like 10-15). It would probably take me awhile!! :D

1-33 cus id try about 15 times and get extremely ticked then id leave, go level up, cum back and try another 5 times, leave level up, cum back and beat him within 5 (hopefully :D )

It took me 23 tries to kill Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts II on proud mode, but thats just cause It took me a little bit to get everything flowing and understand him enough to dodge most of his attacks, as well as realize that if you let him launch you into the air you can retaliate and rape him when he comes for the second strike. However, for this boss im guessing 33-66 because of the diverse amount of attacks he has, as well as the sheer hard-ness on Critical Mode.

I'll be honest, considering the amount of punisment he gives out, I'm going to stat max and study the battle footage before I face him. This helped me never lose a boss battle before, (I know I'm going to die about 10 times minimum) but It will severly lessen the strain compared to simple 'Trial and Error.'

Sephiroth was hard but even I did it in under 10 shots so considering the knight is harder, I'm taking the 2nd option.

I would agree, and I doubt he had once more or second chance on and he never gave himself a chance to heal, the Knight may have abd defense.....

He is hard, but from KH point of view compared to other games he isnt that hard, i mean once u start to get his rhythm, ull hardly get hit. Anyways i would rather have him hard and be able to beat him withing like 10 mins, then sit there on yiazmat (w/e hes called) from FF12 fighting for 5 hours.

Took me between 34 and 66 tries. He's tough, so anyone saying they will just level up and beat him in 1 to 5 tries is full of it. It will take at least 10 tries to learn a pattern. And he changes the way he attacks everytime, so you never know what he is going to do.

on critical mode he was easier then he was on proud mode, i beat him on like my 4th try

alot longer, but in critical mode u get a lot more hp so u can get more combination boosts and stuff so ur stronger

I tried about 30 times before I went and decided to max out, forge the Ultima Weapon, Save the Queen and Save the King, and max out my drives.

I've seen a strategy that works and this is the one I used.

Make sure that you have Final Form maxed out and the Fire Boost ability equipped. Some magic boosts will help too, but if your maxed out they shouldn't really be neccesary. Also, equip the Bond of Flame keyblade that Axel gives you. It's a good idea to set firaga in your shortcuts aswell. Oh, and make sure you have the Drive boost ability equipped.

As soon as the battle begins, go into final form and perform a combo, but use Firaga as your finishing move. When done correctly, The "Endless Magic" ability in Final Form should allow you to keep casting nonstop, without giving him a chance to fight back. This strategy should eather finish him off or bring him down to ridiculously low HP in about 30 to 50 seconds.

I believe someone made a video using this strategy, but I'm not quite sure.


But seriously, the "Final Firaga" strategy works wonders. Try it out on the Orginization XIII data battles if you want to witness it's amazing power.

thats not the point though, u barley notice the health when ur fighting him because ur so much stronger in critical mode then in proud mode
