You need to host the pictures elsewhere, such as imageshack or photobucket. You then link those into your sig.

If it's over 2 bytes then it won't be displayed

I have been having those same problems, but for some reason all of my pics take up like a hundred times more space than required.

You do not upload images in your signature!! Upload them to PhotoBucket or ImageShack and LINK to them in your signature. You'd think you guys never used forums before... geez.

wait, so do i save a picture to my documents, then browse from the signature making page. becuase i am not very good at these things.

Basically, all you have to do is. Go to www.photobucket.com (I put it up there just so he and other people know) Regester, then once regestered, go into your account, then My Album. Once there, there will be a upload image icon. Click it, find for the sigg you want uploaded, once found, double click it and then choose upload.

Once it is done, go down a bit and you will see your sig there along with 3 other links. Click on the IMG one, then right click and copy. Then go into your User CP, (Here) and go to your signature options. Then paste the link in there, and go save, all done.

However, the file still has to be within forum specifications.

final form...why don't you upload your picture onto imageshack.us (http://imageshack.us/) and then copy the url into your sig with and tags.

You can't use image tags on items on your own hard drive lol.
