u can try lvl up :P
for kurt, u should have lot's of Mega-Potions equiped on both urself and Donald and Goofy, since u can't heal magically all the time. U should also have dodge-roll equiped and just dodge sideways when Kurt comes at u.
Can't really give u any more hints, as it is atleast two years since I defeated him last time.

Kurt Zisa
Before you enter this battle, Sora must have both the MP Haste and MP Rage
abilities... along with Strike Raid or Ars Arcanum. It also helps if you
have a Ribbon accessory equipped, since it reduces both fire and dark
damages by 20%. As for your items, bring some Ethers and Hi-Potions.
Once the battle begins, immediately summon Tinker Bell, since Kurt will seal
away all your magic on his very first turn. Now your target here is the orbs
in his arms. When you try to attack his orbs, he'll start flailing his arms
around wildly. This will make the orbs pretty hard to hit. The best thing to
do here is wait until you find a large enough opening to land a complete
combo on the orbs. Also, don't worry too much about your HP -- let Tink take
care of that.
Now when you destroy the orbs in both his hands, you'll be able to use magic
again... in addition to that, he'll also break down and be helpless for a
while. So move in and attack the head with all you got. Don't hesitate to
unleash any of your special attacks on him. But watch out for neck though,
since it can still do some damage.
Once he stands up, he'll immediately cast a barrier on himself. This will
block all sorts of physical attacks, so don't bother trying. Instead keep
casting Thunder magic on him to destroy his shield. When fire balls start
appearing around the place, just keep running to lower the possibility of
getting hit. Also, when you see a sandstorm form around you, Dodge Roll
away to avoid it.
When you destroy his barrier, Kurt will break down again. Just repeat the
entire process until you defeat him. One more thing... don't forget to cast
Aero on yourself whenever you can.
Phantom
This battle is hard. I suggest that you have Donald in your party and not
Goofy, since Peter Pan is a mandatory member.
Phantom will immediately cast Doom on Peter when the battle begins. (The
countdown starts at 12 and when it reaches 0, the character dies with no
chance of resurrection.) Now to freeze the counter, cast Stop on the clock.
Be sure to do this as often as you can to prevent Phantom from ever using
Doom again.
Your target here is the heart, which changes color whenever you hit it with
the corresponding magic. YELLOW for THUNDER; BLUE for BLIZZARD; RED for
FIRE & WHITE for PHYSICAL ATTACKS. The colors indicate his vunerability.
Be sure to time your attacks properly since he flies around pretty fast
When you see him stop in front of the clock, that means he's about to
unleash a heat-seeking purple stuff at you which takes away a lot of HP, so
avoid it at all cost. You'll receive the final upgrade for Stop (Stopga) if
you win.

Hope i helped!:)

Kurt Zisa
You will need to make some prepertions before you venture off to
| the desert to battle Kurt Zisa. First, buy plenty of Hi-Potions,
| as any magic related spell will not be allowed throughout quite
| a few parts of the battle.
|
| You'll also want to equip anything that adds to your defense and
| health. Once you have done this, equip everyone with MP Rage and
| MP Gift. Now speak to Carpet to head off into the desert.

| Cast Aeroga or Tinkerbell as fast as you can, as you will not be
| allowed to cast magic at the beginning of this battle. Kurt Zisa
| holds two dark orbs in it's hands as a sorce of power. Knock out
the dark orbs to stun Kurt Zisa. This will only last breifly. It
also means you can start casting magic again.

At this time, cast Aeroga and heal any lost health. You will can
also restore health by destroying the dark orb. Kurt Zisa is now
incapacitated, but it will only last for a short amount of time.

Once Kurt Zisa regains it's motor functions, it will cast itself
into the air and create an impenetrable shield. At this time, it
will only be weakend by magic. This means to keep a lock on Kurt
Zisa and hit it with your strongest magical spells. When you run
low on mana, either use a magic restoring item, summon Bambi, or
pick up several of the MP Balls that Kurt Zisa drops.

However, at this time, tornados may form around you. After this
happens, you need to quickly dodge roll out of the way to avoid
getting struck.

Kurt Zisa's second attack in this phase will cast several balls
of energy on the field. You will need to dodge roll out of the
way when you see these, as they will explode. Once it's shield
has been destroyed, Kurt Zisa loses it's motor functions again,
allowing you to quickly attack it's head. It'll then return to
Phase 1.

You'll once again lose all your magic-related abilities, so you
need to cast Aeroga again. Destroy the energy orbs again, and
Kurt Zisa will lose it's motor functions, allowing you to start
attacking at it's head once again.

When you have weakend Kurt Zisa enough, it will enter into Phase
3, spinning around the desert with it's blades, violently. These
attacks can be tricky to avoid. If it spins at you horizontally,
you need to jump over it. If it spins at you vertically, you'll
need to dodge roll out of the way.

Phase 2 eventually gets much more difficult. The balls of energy
that Kurt Zisa unleashes in the second phase eventually start to
move towards you. This means you need to dodge roll to avoid the |
orbs.
Phantom
To access the Clock Tower, you'll need to have Peter Pan in your |
party. To do this, access the Cabin from your Gummi Ship, then
speak to Tinkerbell in the corner of the Cabin.

Save before heading to the clock tower. In case you don't come
out successful the first time, you can restart the game so you
don't lose those Ethers and Elixirs. Now to set up some of the
abilities.

Head into your ability meny and equip anything that you do not
need. This means abilities that help you find treasures. Equip
MP Rage and MP Gift, Second Chance, they should be equipped to
all your characters.

Second, enter the customization screen and set Stopra and Cure
as two abilities. Now on to the strategy.

Here is what makes this battle seem almost impossible. You are
not able to attack the Phantom with regular attacks. You will
only be able to use magic.

The Phantom uses a skill known as Doom, which can be devestating.
This immediately kills the targeted character as the clock tower
counts down how long that character has left to live. So you may
be asking yourself, "Well if someone in my party dies, I'll just
cast Cure, right?"... Wrong.

Once a character in your party is dead, he is gone for the rest
of the battle. Here is what you need to do.

Fly over to any side of the clock tower and lock onto the minute
hand. Immeidately cast Stopra, regardless of whether or not it's
ticking, because once it starts ticking, one of your characters
is seconds closer to instant death.

Look underneath the Phantom, as you will see a colorful orb. It
is known as the Phantom's weak point. You'll be striking it with
magic power.

Yellow: Cast Thunder Red: Cast Fire
Blue: Cast Blizzard White: Strike with Keyblade.

If you do not see an orb underneath the Phantom, it means it is
invincible. You need to alternate between the L2 and R2 buttons
on your controller. Cast Stopra on the clock tower, then target
the Phantom and cast magic on it until the orb disappears.

Once it has disappeared, target the clock tower once again, then
cast Stopra. If you happen to run out of magic, let the Phantom
attack you a few times. MP Rage should fill you up on mana. This
needs to be equipped for this battle. If it's not equipped, then
you need to restart the battle. If you have not yet learned this
ability, then you are not ready for the Phantom.

However, the Phantom hits pretty hard. Fortunately, Peter Pan &
Donald should back you up on healing. Here's where Second Chance
comes in handy. The Phantom will release a purple ball of energy
that will bring your health down to almost nothing. Don't let it
hit you. Ascend, descend, or fly into the clock tower so you can
avoid the attack.

Once you have hit the Phantom's orb enough times, you will have
| defeated the Phantom.
sry about the lines.

for the phantom, also make sure you equip things that reduce damage from dark attaks.

:)
i beat phantom and kurt zisa i know who to beat the phantom when he puts the time thing on your friends go and freeze the clock ( the london tower ) and the timer should stop, and you continue attacking him and do the same process
Well with kurt Zisa, cast aeroga at the veyr beginning before he cats the anti magic spell. Then attack away. When he puts up the shield, summon dumbo or mushu to break it. Then keep attacking and repeat. That easy.
With Phantom, the most important thing to be able to cast stop on the clock as soon and quckly as you can. So dont even attack if you think the clock has come back to life. Make sure you learn what the colors of his orb mean so you dont cast inneceassary spells. And especially know when to attack hard. But liek i said, the main thing is stopping the clock so he doesnt aotumatically kill you.
Thats it, for more in-depth stuff, PM me.

well one thing to remember is that Kurt Zisa always stops you from using magic in the beginning, but there is still enough time to summon Tinker Bell so make that priority! She'll heal you when you can't use cure so don't get killed. Also for the phantom, make sure you attack with Thunder when the orb is yellow, fire when it is red, blizzard when it is blue, and the keyblade when it is white. Make sure you hav plenty of ether because you're going to have to use Stop magic A LOT on the clock so that it's spell doesn't kill you.

for Kurt Zisa:
At the beginnig of the battle summon Tinker Bell as fast as you can before his spell takes place, When you see him pose for a second with two of his arms back, run away or get hurt. his sheild is annoying though, hit the fire balls or hit his sheild with magic. He spins two ways, one is verticaly, you have to dodge roll at the last minute and time it perfectly, or loose a lot of HP. His horizontal spin is easy to doge, just high jump and glide out the way. At a certain point in time he'll should balls out of the ground, immediately high jump and super glide in a circle.
Items needed: Elixers, Mega-Elixers,(Donald and Goffy die easily) mega potions... You get the idea.
Spells needed to know: Curaga, Earoga,(Use right before he cast the spell again after you knock out the sheild the first time)
