If you are having trouble with Xemnas the second time and are looking to level up, either go from start to end of the world that never was, or go to where you battled Scar the first time in the PrideLands. You will level up quickly and you will be a lot better off.

A lot of people should know about those already. You actually should start from Twilight's View (or the one right before it) and advance forward until you reach Altar of the Naught. Monsters between these two spots give you items you'll need later on to max your stats. Nothing better than multi-tasking to save time.
