Darker theam Kingdom Hearts Yes or No

If you think there should be a darker themed Kingdom Hearts yes or no and if yes what would you like in this darker themed Kingdom Hearts.

yeah, i actually posted this in another thread, that maybe kh3 will be what happens when the keyblade is used for chaos instead of good.
i think the way it would go would be the keyblade war, the 4 chasers all play major roles in it, and the beginning of gameplay would be like defeat 1000 heartless(i loved that it was by far my 2nd favorite part of kh2)(oo and youd be like at a pretty high level for beginning the game, maybe 9-10)(and also the one you choose to fight as [cause youll get that option in my game] will command the other four to help you defeat the 1000 heartless). after that the one who controls darkness takes the one who eventually leads the road of dawn, they do some chaos blah blah, they get followed by the 2 good ones through every world they go into and destroy, but the 2 good ones get caught up by w.e new enemy the 2 bad ones summon and leave. after the one who takes the road of dawn leaves, the dark one realizes hes stronger than the other 3, and starts to go after them. then the trailer from the end of kh2 happens, then a major all out battle occurs, maybe a good hour one when it all happens, and then everyone gets revealed, leaves it open for a kh4 then like maybe a good 3 hour cutscene explaining everything confusing that square made in the game.
but thats me, because the legend says it was used to bring wraught and chaos, and honestly in kh and kh2 i never really saw chaos, cause taking peoples hearts and what not is bad but not considered "chaos" cause someone is saving them all, chaos would be u completely destroy a world and its irreversible, and you create creatures so foul and evil, that not even the light and goodness of 2 could defend against it.
but again, thats me and what i want to see in a darkside of kingdom hearts.

i do think kh3 will be darker but that's not necessarily better. there are plenty of games you could get more action out of, but the overall lightheartedness of the game makes it more appealing. i can't see disney characters getting that hardcore anyway. i really hope they don't drag the series on, however, even though i love these games. and riku, by the way you describe chaos this would have to be the end of the series. you make it sound like chaos can't be stopped. if that's true, then there's no point in putting up a fight against it. the bad guys finally get one. if i saw a buncha creatures running through my city stealing people's hearts, i'd pretty much call that chaos...

Sorry Riku in the Dawn I realize you or other people on other forums talk about this but I just want to chat about how Kingdom Hearts woud be darker but that's if it's darker but any ideas on if it's on anything without more of a darker story is ok to darker stories don't nesecarlly mean better.

well im sorry if my view for a darker theamed kingdom hearts was a little to dark, the way i meant to describe it is not that its unstoppable, but for those two that stayed in the light would struggle with it, til that character in darkness chose the path of dawn to go back to the light, and then those 3 would be able to stop the 1 dark one. i really dont care how kh3 comes out, wether they continue with the light or show us the dark, but i would like to see the darkside at some point in the kh series. i love the lightheartedness of kh and kh2(i never played kh:CoM, dont criticize), i love how the games confuse you yet u know it all deals with avoiding the darkness in life. BUT i dont think they can go the whole series with out letting us see the chaos the keyblade can do, and just run with the keyblade saves the worlds over and over.
MAYBE..in kh3 they will let you play either bothsides, or maybe the way u play ur character from the beginning will determine if hes dark or light.
BUT in my opinion i would like to see a dark themed kingdom hearts where the keyblade was used to wrought chaos on the worlds.
Im sorry to those who think that the lightness used in the past games makes a better stroyline or perhaps makes the game better, but they never really explain the darkness and what it can do. And in my opinion and theories, i think kh3 should be darker(bosses wise, enemies wise, and storyline wise) or darker(where the keyblade itself is used for chaos, instead of goodness).
BUT again my opinions...

i like the idea of a darker game, though.. it would be kinda cool if they made this one along the lines of fable.. like every action you took led you down a different path until you were eventually either too evil to go good, or too good to do any wrong. that would be an interesting idea

i'm pretty sure the game will be darker just from the looks of the secret ending... but deep dive made kh2 look like it would be a darker story but it was still rather light, in my opinion.. create-a-character mode? not a bad idea at all, i just doubt SE will go to those lengths, but it would be fun.. i'm gonna miss playing as sora if we aren't able to

The series already has a fair bit of death in it and Chain of Memories had Axel saying "hell" and Sora telling Vexen that he's "so full of it". Somehow I doubt the series will get any darker than that.

And "epic" does not mean "dark".

darker as in, not so much happiness, not necessarily the happy ending... like watching these warriors use their keyblades to strike down innocents, or watching the worlds turn into the way they are when came to kh1, even though i think kh3 will be more a futuristic setting... i think this game will be darker because there will much more destruction and violence...

And I find it strange how you are all assuming that KHIII will be futuristic, dark, and violent. Where does it say it will be? I don't think the violence will go anywhere past Axel executing Vexen and the other Org. members' deaths in KHII.

There is the "Keyblade War" but that doesn't mean there'll be blood n' guts everywhere.

KH2 was supposed to be extremley dark. That's what we believed from the trailer, so don't get your hopes up. Disney can only go so far... I think it was just right in KH2.

Evil Pooh Bear, or Bad-boy Pooh Bear will kick ass. How awesome would it be for you to enter the 100Acres Woods and see Pooh riding motorcycle, and he's jousting with Pigglette, and then Pigglette comes at you and is like "What you want fool?"
If KH ever came to that i would lose myself in the tears of cracking up, cause that is by far the funniest thing possible for Pigglette to do.

yeah i dont think we could get rid of the organization that easily.
maybe Xenahort being gone, fine, i mean you fought him in 5 forms; the first time in the tower, then u had to blow up the jets, then the night from, then u thought that was it but he comes back as a dragon, then the night from again, then finally the last fight.
probably the rest of the organization, or some of them, had the strengths to continue going but fleeded letting you think u beat them. i wouldnt be surprise, id love to see Xaldin and Saix back. HOWEVER im still going with my original theory for kh3 main villain, and i say its Zexion.
Riku had his struggle with him in CoM but because of the abilities he has, i dont think Riku got rid of him completely.
IF not Zexion, definetly Vexen. Read Ansem Report i think 2 or 3(the kh2 ansem reports) and it says Even had interests in Xenahorts memories. Could be an indication of something maybe??

I hope the game turns out darker - darker story line, darker characters, basically everything - and then throught the game you can take one of two paths, based on what you do on the game. Me personally, I would turn completely to the evil side and rule the universe.
