Organization XIII bosses

I heard that you could fight all of the Organization bosses in Final Mix+, anyone know if this is true? In Proof of Existence in The World That Never Was, where you fought Luxrod and Saix, there were i think 12 (?) broken portals there, and near each portal was each Organization member's nickname. All of them were broken except the one leading to Luxord and Saix, but the one saying "The Key To Destiny" (near Saix's portal) was a little open. Anyone know if in FM+ this is were you go to fight each member?

Yes you do have the ability to fight all of the XIII members of the Organization, but it is in a different place. You get to fight the ones that die in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories as you go along finding small portals which you use to initiate battles, the rest just go along with the story (i.e Demyx you fight normally or Luxord, but say Larxene or Lexaeus you fight via the portal). Then, once again, there is an area someplace in Hollow Bastion/Radiant Gardens where you cal fight all XIII (including Roxas, which you fight at the point where Sora battles him in TWTNW). I'm not 100% sure where that is though, I haven't imported the game to play yet, in hope of it releasing internationally.

Yes, this is indeed true. The Organization Battles in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix + are completely optional and can be accessed through different ball-like portals in different locations of the featured worlds.
