its easy just thing of a story line and charcter you would like in it
then right an intro to it and a charcter template

I think the best thing to do would be to look at some of the existing RPG's and get the hang of how they work. Then when you feel ready, join one rather than start your own. At least until you get the hang of it. You are more or less taking on a character and speaking as that character. I'm closing this thread as it isn't an RPG. If you have any questions perhaps PM one of the members that does it a lot or join one and give it a go.
