Ansem you get when you beat him with Riku then you go back to your Sora save and you use a calm bounty in castle oblivion. Sorry i don't remember how to get Sephiroth

well, after you beat the game, you get reverse/rebirth. after you beat that you play as sora again and go to castle oblivion. then you use any kind of treasure place such as calm bounty. the treasure will be the laxeaus card. then you use another treasure place and it will be ansem. :D hope i helped

Once you beat the game with both Sora AND Riku, you can continue from Sora's file and obtain all Cards. Examples are Ansem and Leaxus cards (whom you don't fight as Sora) and Three more Keyblades, Diamond Dust (Ice Element), One-Winged Angel (Fire Element), and Ultima Weapon (Best in the Game) at random from worlds and chests. Such as hitting objects, standing on platforms and treasure chests.

you get one winged angel randomly on soras cause i got it when i started riku's story
