KH3: War theory and storyline of KH3

I think that this war was against themselves the heartless and the nobodies. But someone has probably already said that. One thing though that cought my I was "Ansem report 0." It said something about 'to be alive you need to die' or something like that. I don't exactly remember.

As for the storyline. Maybe they should reveal the characters origins. Such as Kairi and her grandmother. What's up with them? And who was her mother and father. And ansem must have known her, being that he lived in the same domain as Kairi, and the Final Fantasy gang.

What are your guesses to both these topics?

I think it must be a reflection of the future because Ansem the Wise created the heartless and the Keyblade was created to get rid of the heartless. So if Ansem is still alive how can it be that far in the past? Meh, just a thought.

Ansem the Wise did not create the heartless... He merely found them.
He researched them.. Heartless were always there, in the darkness of peoples hearts.

He simply created the Emblem Heartless, a new created race of Heartless.

That is definitly true. Ansem mearly studied the heartless. He may have said it's thanks to me that the heartless exist, yet yhe meant that as the new heartless. The emblem engraved on them.

i'm pretty sure the game will be set a little bit after kh2.. i just think that the scene we saw with the 3 knights and the dark figure was a flashback to something that may have happened a very very long time ago.. or maybe it's what happened right before ansem found xehanort and brought him up under his wing

I believe that the "Keyblade" war, doesnt have anything to do with keyblades.


I know that sounds really hypocritical because of the name implies, but just hear me out.


All the keyblades, and the ones that the chasers use do NOT have keychains, that does NOT make them keyblades.

The only real keyblades are the ones with the keyblades, and also keyblades are supposed to be indestructible, and in the KH2-FM:SE the RLA (Roxas Look Alike) breaks his keyblade while falling off the cliff frozen.


I think that this whole war was just in search of the power to actually wield the keyblades, and thus the battle finally ended with the old man (Xeanhort) who CAN wield an actual keyblade.

thats because the heartless ansem (xemnas) is the Nobody of Xehanort, not Ansem the wise (aka DiZ)
we side-tracked and discussed that in the KH2:FM Secret Ending with Music thread over in the KH3 News section. :)

and I think KH3 will be a prequel (possibly movie) that tells the story of the keyblades origin

it tells the story of what happens to Nobodies after they are defeated/killed.

I like the idea of the scene being a flashback. Does anyone else notice that the old man seems to slit in two like he is just making a copy of himself. If you look colesly at the original secret ending one of the AU has the same thing happen to him, only reverse. He has a copy seem to meld into him. I passed it by at first as a trick of the light, but now I'm not to sure.

Nup they said the knights arn't any of the characters we've seen (and yes i know he looks A LOT like Roxas but that is what Noruma himself said). As for Ansem, could be tru, lots of ppl think it's Xehanort/Xemnas or that the knight with the yellow eyes is xemnas/xehanort.

Yeah, ps3 costs heapz but u gotta remember that by the time kh3 comes out (like at very least 3yrz) it will cost quite a bit less. Of course Sora will be on the game, if he isn't playable (which i highly doubt) there will be so many refrences to him it wont be funny. I think that they have the IDEA of making a movie, if they have gone so far as to plan or make it i'm undecided on.

Yay i'll be 16 as well possibly 17 if it isnt released till later **(the year). I think that the Girl Knight and the male long haired night are 'The Lost two' but this new person came along and joined them. the sword in the stone...aah! the possibilities! imagine a keyblade in the stone? and arthur couldnt pull it out, and only our hero could...or...what if the bad guy was the only one who could? this would be such a cool world to have in the game and it has a lot of potential when it comes to driving and progressing the story. or just add a twist to it :)

THE BLACK FREAKIN' CAULDRON! aaah, the horned king anyone? this would be my favorite world, i think! aaaahhh!! this would be sooo amazing if they added. its Prydain! and Taran!!
pocahontas...its a pity they hadnt added that world in the earlier games. could've been interesting. i think pocahontas is a kickass female character and possibly one of disneys coolest females.

The sword in the stone has a very good chance for KH3, its where Merlin originally come from.

So, the final mix secret scene happen on the future right???or is it not confirm yet???
Because if it happen in the past, my theory is that those armor guy had a blood related to sora, riku and kairi!!Since those 3 family had never been spoken about.
I mean...come on!sora and riku been gone for several years and their parents not worry at all!!??That lady in armor must be kairi grandma or mom, She had something that makes me remind of kairi...or maybe this just because all the KH lady character are look alike.

you should check out the thread by ScytheRexx (i think its called 'Theory from a Newbie' or something like that)
his theory involves some of the same ideas as you...that the FC (female chaser) could be Kairi's mother etc :)

and now, it hasn't been confirmed whether it takes part in the future or not, sicne some people say that Nomura said one thing, while others says he said another thing. so its still abit up in the air. but i think its a mix of both :)

If you recall there are two stories, one states that the keyblade master brought peace to the world while the other states he wrought chaos upon it. Could have to do with that.

I'm pretty sure Riku does not have a nobody, I've heard some dumb things though, about how people think Axel was his nobody and things like that. Haha, but anyway, he might have been able to gain a nobody when he was submerged in darkness, even though the definition of a nobody is a heartless entity created when a strong willed person dies. However, Xehanort had gotten a heartless and a nobody when he was submerged in darkness, but we're not sure if he had died at that time or not.

While Riku's heart was certainly 'submerged' in darkness while he was possesed by Xehanort, I do not think that it meets the requirements of making a nobody. I thought that Xehanort had flooded Riku with the Power of Darkness so that he could gain a body to affect the physical world again. (No other reason I can think of.) The darkness did not swallow his heart like the heartless, but instead it simply disconnected it from his body so that Xehanort could have a working puppet.

Otherwise there would be no more Riku. Unless the one we meet after KHI is his Nobody. In which case that is too big a can of Worms...

Why can't the war be a war for more power? A war for the power of the keyblades, and also Kingdom Hearts, of course. Wars always have purposes, and all of the factions involved always have a goal. But of course, in the KH series, that goal can't possibly be something simple; that goes against everything that's happened in the series.

It's kinda hinted at that the Chasers are in the Keyblade War, and the chasers are chasing something, right? Why can't it be keyblades? My theory is that these Chasers find and improve upon keyblades. Just a theory, though, and there's not much support for it.

A war for power? i don't think Nomura would aim for that kind of plot. Kingdom Hearts was never about power, it was always about the destruction of a darker power and the balance of light and darkness, usually anyway. It could be, but i just dont see it happening.

Hmmm...let's think about this, What did Xehanort's Heartless want in KH1? He wanted KH (KH=Power). In KH2, what did Xehanort's Nobody want? He wanted KH (and again, KH=Power). See a pattern? Yeah that's the basis of my theory, if you watch the first part of the secret ending (the one from Kingdom Hearts II), information is displayed that speaks of the tales of keyblade masters who saved worlds, and ones that wrecked havoc. I think Nomura is hinting as something there.
