Well this has already been discussed-_-.... Anyways the real keyblade master was being disrespecful to some other members and Dragoon Kain let it slip for some time but The real keyblade master didnt stop so he was banned.

Well probably because when someone is banned it means the person is banned until the ban is lifted. What Im trying to say is its not the username thats banned its the user.

This topic shouldn't exist but since I noticed it.
I have nothing but respect for DragoonKain.
The Real Keyblade Master cannot come back to the forums UNTIL his ban is lifted.. Then he can come as he pleases. As long as he does not break the rules again.
The ban will be lifted in about a week. If not that . Once it is he may come back.
You saying Kain is unfair isn't fair either. You have no idea what he is like.. You've just seen him when he is a GOOD adminstrator. You may believe what you want.
The Real Keyblade Master will come back soon.. If he wants.. It's his choice after the ban is lifted..

Making another acount to evade a ban is against the rules, thus every account he makes that's attempting to evade his ban will also be banned. Also, you're being very disrespectful, I suggest you calm down before you yourself get one.

The ban was fair considering the amount of warnings however I would like to clarify that was understood.

Evading bans by registering new user names only makes me more angry. :\
I will forgive you this time though, your ban will be removed on schedule. I haven't decided what to do about RKM yet. He's pissed me off pretty badly, but if he stays on good behavior for the rest of the time, I'll consider removing his ban on schedule as well. Both of you will be banned at the first sight of breaking rules in the future, though.

yea, i do, but personally i dont like certain ppl here who take things to seriously like forums, spamming is not a big deal. making fun of others, well did anyone complain or did a mod asume we want him gone, didn't you mods read how we want him back, i dont know many ppl who want him gone except Dragoonkain cuz he got pissed off, but theres no problem in my mind to make another acount to come back, cuz hes not spamming so there should be no reason to keep banning him, no matter how against the rules it is to make an acount its not bothering anyone.

so here are my continued thoughts. If you are King of Kh not RKM, then you will understand that we also now need to ban your new user name as it means that you too are disrespecting the ban and need to be patient and wait until the ban expires.

Sorry I don't share your cavalier attitude towards him. The fact is, he disobeyed rules, spamming sucks, people WILL get banned for it, and I won't tolerate people undermining my bans by evading them. I'm not going to just "let him go" run amok all over the forums. He's not a child, and he needs to stop acting like one.
Besides, I'm not really "stressing out of it". I'm doing what I'm supposed to, and keeping this place clean.

We are never going to agree on this issue. He WAS running amok, evading my ban and spamming. The fact is we've had multiple problems with him in the past, and this was simply the last straw. I am not going to bother explaining myself any further, to you nor him. I owe neither of you any further explanation. I don't really care if the forums don't mean that much to you, or if spamming is not one of your concerning issues. The fact is, the rules are the rules, and you choose to be here knowing full well what those rules are. RKM will not be returning, at least, not in any way that will be comfortable for him.

Why has this thread gone so far? Rkm disobeyed the rules and continued to do them even after he was warned. He got banned for not even that long. Most sites I'm on would have banned him till 2034. He then created more accounts. He is breaking rules and is inconciderate to the staff and members of this site. So quit complaining about how you all think this is wrong.

I think the staff made the right decision. He was spamming and he created a new account to evade this spam which, like twilight blade said, is against the rules. And anyways 2 weeks isn't that terribly long but that's just my opinion.

Ok we all know about the rules this and rules that but just out of my own curiosity and not arguing with you or anything like that but what would it be like if guidelines we all try to follow didn't exist.
That would make the whole forum a mess and drive it down into chaos. These rules are guidelines that we are following so we can make the people on here experience here as enjoyable as possible. We allow a lot of freedom and whatnot.
He was banned. It wasn't even a permanent ban. He just wanted threads closed that he didn't like and that wasn't fair to the other members of the forums. I know you wouldn't like that either.
I am sorry that this had to go this far but we gave him plenty of chances from what I read.

The people on the net are still people - You have to remember that. Tetsuya Nomura is 48, and still plays and makes games. If he had no respect, he wouldn't do that. Games can be enjoyed at any age, so why should that mean you should judge whether to respect someone or not?
The saying is that you should respect your elders, but really everyone should be respected in theory. Unfortunately, people (it seems such as yourself) don't want respect, and therefore won't gain it. If you don't respect your friends or anyone else, you won't have friends.
Speaking of which you've just alienated any friends you may have made on this forum by saying you don't respect them.
Don't treat people on forums as if they don't exist. They're people just like you are, so would you like it if everyone made it as if you don't exist?
Also, don't think I haven't noticed your swearing in the past. Please don't do it.

Enforcing the rules causes trouble? We wouldn't need to enforce the rules if people didn't break them, which is never going to happen, so as far as I and probably the majority of the forum are concerned breaking the rules is what causes the trouble.

Which means it's serious enough for him to feel the need to post before his return.
Now that it's calmed down, I would like to clarify some things about the rules.
This forum belongs to Alex. He runs other forums and knows what makes a forum successful and what makes it fail. He set these rules before any of us arrived. To let them get out of hand means the forum will get out of hand and may eventually be closed. I'm positive nobody wants that to be the result.
Regardless of how bad somebody breaks the rules, there is then an order of proceedings. There are only so many things that we can do but they are done in judgement of what is the best for the forum. If warnings are ignored, then the next step must be taken. Some forums would be extremely strict on these rules and have no lenience in them. If this was the case on this forum, over half the members would have received a signature infraction this week for either, too large sigs or links in sigs.
We are very lucky that Kain takes a more lenient approach to these rules and prefers us to talk to the members first rather than just punish. He hates banning members or closing threads. He would rather keep everyone satisfied rather than delete a few. I hate to see him put down for trying to make it better for everyone.

It really doesn't matter if it's via PM unless someone is harassing you. :\ That really only applies while posting, meaning everyone can see. If you're chatting with someone via PM, only you and the person who sent the message can see it. So, unless someone is harassing you (annoying/bothering you) it's not really against the rules. That rule is meant to protect our younger members from seeing things they might not want to or shouldn't see.

With all of the cursing that lands in my PM box that goes unpunished, I think I'm allowed an occasional PM curse every once in a while as well. I would never curse at a younger member.
