The based year is 3168....
We all know that werewolves and vampires have always hated eachother, for the most part anyway. the only thing they havent done is have a war..... well thats going to change today......
the vampires have attacked the werewolf leader, Togattashikon Urufu. They got close enough to do this by offering the werewolves a peace conference with the leader of the werewolves. then when the werewolves said the OK, they set up the conference. The werwolves thought this might be a trap so they made the conference at their side of the country.
The vampires had their own plan, they went into the village with only three in their group. then when it was just both leaders in the room they attacked. now it was only the leaders, and the werewolf, being younger and stronger could have taken him but the vampires had 10 bat-formed vampires haniging on the ceiling waiting for the signal, then after 5 minutes there was whistle.
By the time the guards were in the room their leader was dead. This was the last staw for the werewolves. The werewolves have declared war, and now its just an all out brawl between then, right? wrong, the Neko's (Cat people) have joined the fight, for what looks like no apparent reason other than power. Who will win, will anyone win, thats for you to decide.....
After the war broke out the werewolves needed a battle plan, the elders are what makes the battle plans, who they attack, where they attack and more. the elders are the most powerful with their magic and have the most healing powers.
Races
you can be whatever race you want,
Werewolfs:
They have the strongest attack and speed (no they cant dodge every attack and they cant teleport). Their magic is more of a boost of attack, or speed, though they do have actual magic attacks. to heal they eat meat or their enemies.
Vampires:
They have the strongest magic and defense. Their magic is usually elemental, and they can heal themselves with a bottle of blood or from their enemies or even recently dead enemies.
Nekos:
they have the strongest intelligence and are bound to the almost even amount of strength and magic. They can use either type of spells and can heal either way.

Name: Lycian Wolfe
Age: Looks to be about 20

Appearance: Lycian wears a long black trench coat with chains and metal links and all attached to it, with matching boots with the same sort of metallic straps and buckles. She has blood-red eyes and black hair with red highlights covering in a wavy pattern part of one side of her face, reaching down a little ways below her shoulders. She is fairly tall and is attractively skinny with a nice form. She also wears a black crop top and black pants that are only very slightly baggy that have one chain out of one of the pockets. Her ears are pierced, and so is her belly button. She often wears bracelets and rings that are normally silver/black and if they have a stone in them, it is either a ruby or a saphire. Lycian always wears a light chain necklace with a black onyx stone encrusted in it that appears to have red cracks running along it. She has matching bracelets, rings and earings that go with this stone, but it's origins are a mystery.
In her werewolf form (which she can turn into at will) she is a black werewolf whos mane (running down along her back to the tip of her tail) has red highlights, and her eyes turn more black than red. She still has her necklace on and her clothes turn into those of a werewolf assassin's. (Mostly like hers except blacker, darker, and more fitting and to some baggier.) She stands upright and her features are more of a wolf than of a human. . .actually, they all are except for her hands and feet, which still have werewolf claws and shape, and the fact she stands upright. Some say that darkness forms around her so that it seems she has shadowy wings, which she does.
Personality: Lycian is cold and sadistic, but not shy at all. She is brave and confident in her own powers, but is also very independant with the exception of a few other werewolves. She takes mercy with no one and will kill anyone - mortal, vampire, or Neko - without hesitation, fear, or regret later on. Her unmerciful nature has earned her the title - "Blood Bringer" by the vampires and Nekos, and the "Shaded Commander" by fellow werewolves. No Neko or Vampire knows her true name.

Weapon: A long, rifle-like gun which can shoot continually, and whos bullets explode in flame when they strike a victim. She also has a multi-purpose weapon called the "Grave Flame". Its main purpose is a sword, and that is what it most resembles, other than its downcurved edge that looks similar to the Gunblade. Also, it has a top and bottom part to it, and their purpose makes this blade much like the Gunblade, for they shoot out small daggers that have poison on them that it fatal to Vampires, Nekos, and even mortals, but is harmless to Werewolves. The Grave Flame has a pattern on its silver blade that is like the stone in Lycian's necklace - the red, creeping lines. Its hilt is black, with one of the very onyx and red-lined stones encrusted in its far hilt, matching her necklace and other stones.
History: Lycian was born unto death, for having given birth to her after her twin brother Lycore, her own mother died. Lycian's father blamed both Lycore and Lycian for this mishap, but instead of beating on them, he beat upon himself and eventually killed himself when Lycian and Lycore were only 12. They lived in a small village at this time, but didn't have it too hard since a kind elderly couple took them in and raised them as their own until they were 16. Unfortunately, this new life also sooned turned to death as the village they lived in was rampaged by vampires, and the elderly couple who Lycian now knew as a family were slaughtered.
Lycian and Lycore were spared, however, because the vampire army wanted them to join their forces and become vampire soldiers. Lycian refused, her eyes blazing, and her brother soon followed suit. Instead of killing them, the vampires abandoned the two in the wilderness, where they hoped bears, mountain lions, wolves and the such would do-away with them, or that they would die from exposure to the frigid air. Instead, Lycian and Lycore found a werewolf pack who had been living in this area for some time now, in a sophisticated but still tribal-like village. (remember that this was a while ago) Here, Lycian and Lycore became werewoves and were raised as the such. They soon adapted to this way of life and became some of the most powerful werewolves ever. But it was then that Lycore had second thoughts on this life.
The last chance for becoming a werewolf or a vampire was on one's 18th birthday, and it was on this day that Lycore decided to "switch". On this day, and on this day only Lycore could cease being a werewolf and could become a vampire. That was exactly what he did. On that night, that day, Lycian and Lycore became blood-rivals, and both became leaders of assassin armies and werewolf/vampire soldiers. Still, they search for each other and will continued to battle. . .unless. . .unless. . .unless their battles are settled, once and for all.
Magic: Lycian is an expert in fire and darkness magic, but also since she is an assassin she is gifted in poison and mist magic, but doesn't use these as often as she does other magic. Of course, Lycian also has the strength and agility magic as other werewolves.
