well what is your deck made of? (like what cards do you have?) but what i did was that i put in a couple 0's so when he does his combos you can take them out. Also you want the heartless card ( i forgot the name) that gives you increase of the values. you also want the ogie card, and the maleficant dragon, and the vexen card i think it is that revives you. use wep cards that are 7 and higher also so that it is harder for him to block it.

Idk but i hope i hlped you a little :D

Lol I had alot problems with his second fight, too.

Basically, have Vexen, Maleficent (Dragon Form), Oogie Boogie, and I think Hook as your heartless set.

Then make sure you have alot of 8 or higher cards in your deck, but put them in sequence. And since ZERO's can break any level card, even another zero, have those in sequence, too.

For example, usually he will counter you once you hit him two times. So have two 8 or higher cards, and then a zero combo every time. Once your deck has reloaded, he will start busting out Dark Powers, so Dodge Roll as much as you can. Keep your combos going, dodge rolling, and keeping up with the heartless cards and 8-8-0 sequence and you'll have him finished easy.

Or, if you're playing on an emulator, just quicksave after every combo you unleash on him (surprising, I beat Sora's story at level 57 doing this.)

I didn't have much problems. I used the zantesuken card sleight. What ever card or cards that breaks it removes them from the other persons deck permanately. By the way what's an emulator?

OH. MY. GOD. You don't know of emulators and ROMS!?

Your life is escaping you, child!

http://www.emuvortex.com

OR

http://www.google.com - Search EMULATOR (Ex. SNES Emulator (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) or NES Emulator (Nintendo Entertainment System).

Emulators are programs that allow you to play games on your computer.

Example, you can download a GameBoy Advance emulator and a ROM of Chain of Memories and play it on your computer.

It's like having any entertainment system you want on your computer.

ROMs are the game files of what game you want to play.

Various sites let you download them.
But be warned, it's technically illegal to do so unless you actually own the game, otherwise you can only play it for like three months or something like that then it must be deleted.

There are very easy ways around that, but I don't recommend them. It's easy to get away with but I wouldn't if I were you. Even though I do. x_x

So go to that EmuVortex site and register, then look around for ROMs you want to download.

ROMs come in Zip files. or .smc files or something like that, depending on the system and game.

Like .smc is for Super Nintendo. .gba I think is for Gameboy Advance but I don't think it's actually GBA.

Make sure you zip these files, then place them all into a folder named 'Games' or something like that.

The folder is going to be full of ROM's and save files after so long, so don't ever 'clean it up' if you want to keep your saves and games.

The following Emulators I recommend:

Nintendo: Ehh..I don't really play it.

Super NIntendo: ZSNES, hands down. it allows you to quicksave and then watch all the events of the game up to that quicksave! If not ZSNES, then Snes9x. It's okay, too.

Gameboy Advance: VisualBoy Advance, hands down. FIlter and sound changes and various other goodies make this the best GBA emulator around.

Nintendo 64: Project64. HANDS DOWN. This emulator is amazing, it even supplies built-in cheats for almost ANY game!

Emulators don't go much higher than the 64. In other words there are no current PS2/XBOX emulators or anything like that until the far future. There is however a few PlayStation emulators, but they all require you to place the game disc in your CD drive to play, granted that you actually own the game.

So all in all they have their pros and cons but mostly pro.

So enjoy.

To start a game from emulators: Once the emulator is open, go to 'FIle', wherever you saved the ROMs, and load one. Then it will start.

Make sure you rename some of the zip files BEFORE you play them, or you might not be able to tell apart the filenames. "khcom493452389452978346293" is harder to read than "Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories".

All your save files will then be saved in that folder as "Kingdom Hearts - Chain of Memories1.sav" and the sort.

ENJOY.
