I think it would be a good idea to have a particular forum where you can tell other people about cool web-sites, EX: cool avatar websites. Then people could find stuff that they couldnt find before.

Couldn't we just do that in the general chat. Somebody could just make a thread for that reason. I don't think it's need it's own forum. But that's just my opinion...
