i did something worse than breaking a bone... i tore 3 ligaments in my foot.... and if you dont know what that is its the tissue in your body that makes it move and in my case it makes my foot move...

i understand what happen and hopefully this funny to anyone because this guy is not all that smart in weigh-lifting in high school he was removing a weight without removing the first one that was about 25lbs well it falls on his foot making it look a dent in his foot. you probably think that can happen to anyone almost in there done it without getting hurt it just of ther bounce off there foot. instead his guy not very smart. the most f up thing about it is the swelling on his foot never went down before they put cast so has wear it again another 2months or more.
