In the movie, An Extremely Goofy Movie, Goofy was applying for a job. He was talking to the lady that talks to Goofy if he is good enough to handle the job. The job required the person to have a college degree. Then the lady suggested Goofy to go get a college degree. She said a phrase: You dog, need to learn a new trick. Which learn something new, which she meant by get a college degree.

This is the whole story:

Mickey's Revue is a 1932 Walt Disney cartoon, directed by Wilfred Jackson, which features Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow performing another song and dance show. Mickey and his gang's animated shorts by this point routinely featured song and dance numbers.
