Welcome, members. This RPG Section will be organized fully, hopefully during the next 2 weeks. Okay, so, yes. The RPG Team.
This is a Team, of course, concentrated in the Role-Playing area.
The Team is going to be divided in different Groups which will manage different duties towards the RPG system.

The Group Guide


The RPG Moderating Group

The RPG's got, as anything regarding Forums, rules. Yeah. That's right. Rules. And, these rules are listed below.

Role-Playing Essential Rules

# 1 - No asterix (*) in members' posts.

# 2 - No one-line posts.

# 3 - No killing other Role-Player's Character unless you both hold an agreement about it and get a way of making it flow into the current storyline.

# 4 - The use of proper language is essential.

# 5 - Trying to keep on storyline and not creating your own in every post would be appreciated.

# 6 - No full OOC (Out of Content) posts unless it's truly neccesary.

# 7 - No use of Smilies when In-Content posts.

# 8 - No harassing other members about their characters, no arguing about their Role-Playing decisions. If you wish a Storyline to follow the Plot you desire, PM the respective Role-Player and agree in a way of making the Storyline between both characters as you both wish it.

# 9 - No overpowerful characters. i.e: "My character can't be injured because of this and that".
This makes the Storyline less interactive.

# 10 - Try creating characters that do not lack creativity. Think big and try to make the best character of them all when joining a RPG!

# 11 - No double-posting, and no General Chatting.

# 12 - No netspeak. i.e: "hey how r u i hope u r doin fine 2 day"



Those were the 12 essential Role-playing rules. Yes, go memorizing them. But your role in here is not actually just memorize them. It's Enforcing those rules when Members are Role-Playing.
Basically, this Group is in charge of Moderating the RPG Area. So the people in this Group, better start patrollizing the area when the time arrives! These rules are going to be posted in the RPG section in a near future. If any problem surges because of your enforcement or other stuff, feel free to PM me.



The Role-Playing Masters Group


This Group will be comformed by Expert Role-Players (Well, not Expert, but you get me) in charge of teaching New Members how to RP correctly and appropiately. I will leave them with the duty of using their own skills to show the members how a good Role-play is like. I expect this group to:

1) Be patient towards younger members who find it difficult to understand. (Or older as well...*sigh*)

2) Give their best to help the audience understand the basics of the Role-Playing measures.

3) Help the audience inccoprorate appropiate words. This means, teach them about being descriptive enough, nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc. This will make the Role-playing ambient more interactive and entertaining.

4) The use of netspeak. This is truly important. I want this Group to try to remove the Netspeak channel inside members' heads towards Role-Playing, and help them speak with some more maturity.

5) Punctuation. I want you to teach these members Punctuation rules. Please. I've been through annoying experiences because of the non-use of them.

6) Teach members how to inccorporate a New Character inside the RPG. For example, when someone else joins the RPG, teach them how to add him into the storyline as it would flow, and not leave him behind.

7) Teach them about how it would be best for a character to react within the current situation. This makes it more exciting and entertaining.


That is what I simply expect. If you have more to give, then bring it on!
This is a truly important role, as the future of the Role-Player's Role-playing quality lays inside your hands.




The RPG Organizers Group

These people will have a little administrative power towards the organization of the RPG Section. I plan these people to divide it in different sections for members to guide themselves in respect of their tastes. To do so, I want them to Review every RPG created and sort it into one of these types:

- Fantasy
- Reality
- Action
- Epic
- Parody
- Mixes
- Others

If I'm missing an Essential type, the Members of this Group can feel free to add them.
They will be in charge of reviewing the RPGs and disitribute them into any of these kinds. This will help members decide on their tastes when wanting to join an RPG. Basically, they decide which style the RPGs suit best.
These group can also Rate the RPGs if desired.


The RPG Graders Group

To be honest, we won't be accepting random RPGs being created with no actual purpose and get simply thrown in. The RPG Graders are in charge of grading the RPGs people wanna create. For example, when a user wants to create his own RPG, the 'first post' regarding the information about it should be posted in a Special Grading Thread. There, the Graders will considerate if that RPG is worth of being added into the pile, or not. If they think it is really close to be good, but not enough, they can feel free to give suggestions to the users. This team will be working together with the RPG Organizers as well.
Basically, these are the ones who decide wether the RPG is appropiate and entertaining enough to be added into the RPG Section.
They will also have the Administrative power to remove ghost RPGs.
Ghost RPGs: We will call these the ones which once were famous, and now they are simply dead. If an RPG hasn't been even touched for at least a month, it means that people have lost interest in it. We don't want it to be there hanging randomly wasting space. So, if they consider a RPG extremely dead, with no sign of the starter, they can delete it. If by any reason the starter of it wants it to be revived, he can feel free to PM the RPG Graders to let them re-open it.





Phew. Those are the basics you should know about the RPG System. Feel free to share your ideas as well, please.


Now, you might be wondering, "How do I apply for the Team?"

You will have to Role-Play this situation:
Choose a random Character, and Role-play a scene in which your character encounters his/her 'love' for the first time. I don't mind who that is, but, you will have to inccorporate all the skills, abbilities and knowledge you have about Role-Playing if you want to pass this try-out and be inside the Team. So, yes, choose a setting, be descriptive, and all that stuff.

Tryout story.

Koru Magaro walked along the sidewalk. It was nice. He always liked walking on sunny days. A small breeze blew by, it made Koru's red spiky hair wave a bit. His sparkling silver eyes glinted in the sunlight. He had on a brown leather jacket. Underneath was a regular every-day T-shirt. He wore ripped, long, black jeans along with a pare of black boots. His small hands were in his pockets right now.

Koru closed his eyes as he wlked along the grey sidewalk. He lived in an ordinary city. A number of people crowded him mopving in different directions, after all, it was the pay day. When he got onto a sidewalk that wasn't crowded he bumped into a gaorgeous girl named Mazuki Namaru. She had long, brown hair. She wore a small pair of glasses that fell off when Koru bumped into her. She had a small blue skirt on and a white school shirt. She was about his age, seventeen. She had beautiful hazel eyes that went with her long hair.

Koru bent down and picked up her glasses. "Heh... sorry." he said as he got his first look at her face. "Oh, it's okay..." Mazuki struggled to say. Then she took the glasses gently and placed them back where they were. "You umm.. you go to school here?" He asked, looking at her. "I got the day offtoday." he continued. "Yeah.. I just moved here." She replied, slowly closing her hzel eyes. "I have to go to Shika High." Koru said, "Do you know what school you go to?" Mazuki stood for a moment, "Yeah, that's the one I'm going to.." She was nervous, after al there was a handsome man infront of her. "Hey, I'd love to show you around on Monday, got a name? Mines Koru Magaro." He introduced himself, "Well, Koru Magaro, my name is Mazuki Namaru. I'd be glad to have you give me a tour of the school monday. Oh! I got to go, I'm gonna be late. Bye!" She said and dissapeared into the crowd. "Bye." Koru replied. Then he continued walking along the sidewalk, smiling.

Diron sat in the room, wondering, wondering if he would ever find her. Then, he heard her voice.
"Diron, is... is that you?" Diron quickly sat up.
"Uh... hello? Is... No... it can't be. Jiru?" Diron said in amazement.
"Yes, it is me. I can't stay for long. They are calling me. I must... go. Don't forget, I love you!" The voice replied.
"No! Don't go! You can't leave me! Not again... I was looking for you, I never succeded. Wait! Before you go, can you tell me where I can find you again?" Diron asked.
"Just... just think about me. I lie in your heart, you lie in mine. Think about me and I will be there. Remember, love never fades. As long as you remember, I will always be here," The voice wandered away, disappearing.
"No! Don't go! I... I love you," Diron screamed... He then was wondering about,
"I will never forget about you."

Dom sat under the tree, the branches extended far out and the leaves slowly fell down to the ground below, there was a nice wind, she smiled as it blew hard occasionaly making the weather feel just right. She closed her eyes and began to hum with the birds, she heard a rustle in the trees but paid no mind to it, but the rustling grew louder and bothersome to her peace. "Who is up there?" she said quietly, no one answered. She stood up and looked into the tree, and several nuts fell onto the ground, she dodged a few but one managed to catch her in the mouth, "Hey!" she hollered, a boy fell from the tree and brushed off his pants, he closed his notebook and smiled at her, "Sorry about that...I like to write in this tree...see that over there.." he pointed to a tire hanging from the tree, "I put that there when I was younger, used to love to play in this park." Peter said looking around at the Park, Dom smiled, "I'm Dom," the boy made a face, "Oh I apologize...I'm Peter.." he put out his hand and they slowly shook hands, they stared at each other

"Well...I'm about to go get a bite to eat, and I see no problem in you coming along." Peter asked, he put his hands in his pocket and rocked back and forth, heel to toe. "Well..I'm kinda busy..." Dom smiled, "Busy sitting under a tree? I'm hurt." he grabbed his chest, his heart, and smiled jokingly at her, "Fine..." she laughed and looked at her feet and looked back at him, "Great.." he nodded to the Park gate and they walked away.

Akemi's feet hit the ground repeatatively, hard and fast as she ran elegantly. She sped around a corner, her eyes on the ugly towns pavement. She turned once more, and fell underneath a broken streetlamp. She cried in pain, yet moved her arms to support her head. She wimpered slightly. Suddenly, a tall shadow came into view. She peered up. The glare of the streetlamp beamed into her eyes, brightening her already grey, somewhat perfect, eyes. A boy stood infront of her, dressed in dark colours. He stared at her, and knelt down slowly. Akemi's hand grabbed at the hilt of her sword that was attached to her waist. She gripped hard, and gritted her teeth.
"You.. stay away." she whimpered, attempting anger in her voice. But she was too pure. After failing miserably, the boy burst out laughing. He grinned.
"You okay?" he asked, tilting his head charmingly to the side. His face changed as Akemi glared at him.
"I'm Akii. Charmed, I'm sure." he said sarcastically, standing up. Akemi looked down, before mumbling:
"Aren't you going to help me up then?" The boy smiled at her, and grabbed her outstretched hand. She grabbed onto his shoulder, and smiled softly.
"I'm Akemi.." she said rapturously, "..charmed, I'm sure." she laughed slightly, her eyes danced around his face, whereas his blue ones stayed on her sunny, tarnished-grey ones. She moved her hand off of his shoulder, and he smiled, shrugging slightly at the same time. Just then, he turned on his heel and ran off. She looked down, before turning slightly...

Guys, one tip:
When making characters speak, please try using the next line.
For example:

Aldeon gasped in awe, his eyes widening, as big as dishes. He blinked again, and again.
"How... How did you do that!?", he exclaimed, placing a hand on his head and pushing his red hair back, messing it up slightly.
Nokia grinned, her cheeks turning red. She turned to a side, trying to hide by covering half of her face with a hand. She giggled, not daring to look back at Aldeon.
"I guess... I guess it's just magic", she replied in a sweet, charming mutter, turning once again towards the boy, her eyes half-closed in a peaceful, relaxing way.
Aldeon could feel his stomach collapse. His blue eyes went through her deep yellow ones. Was that... love?

The Tryout Essay:

((characters Korey and Mayella))

Mayella stared in aww at the boy in front of her. He was near six feet tall, about 112 pounds, silver hair that went down to his shoulders and blue eyes like the ocean. "What is your name?" asked Mayella a 14 year old girl who was near 5' 8'', skinny near 100 lbs., reddish hair and hazel eyes.

"Me?" asked the boy in suprise
Mayella nodds, and flips her hair back in a "seductive" manner. The boy gulps quite loud and replies: "My name is KoreyMizano. Yours?" he said in a sophisticated "jocky" voice.

"Oh, mine is May......Malline Gruder" she said in a worried part relieved tone
"Hmmm" started Korey
"Yes?" she said puzzeled
" I thought your name was Mayella Runsy!" He said in a disgusted fashion, knowing he was lied to. "Why did you lie over something as a name!?"
"Sorry Korey, I really like you and if you found out I'm Mayella I thought you would hate me!"

"Why would I do that?" he asked puzzeled
"Because.....'cause I'm a nerd"
"Oh for the love of-" he starts pacing away " I'd did like you to but...since you lied I no longer wish to be with you." He walks dramatically into the sunset leaving Mayella confused, sad, in schock, awww and into depression.

kingdomheartsfan12345, I'm sorry, but before joining the Team I would suggest taking some RPG lessons from the RPG Masters Group :( Your way of RPing is not good, to be honest. The punctuation and rules are messed up, spelling is not very good, and it lacks a lot of things that would make the Try-out better.
You might want to try again later in the future. For now, take some practice.

Why I should consider you in: Honestly, my Rp skills aren't the best, but I've got good enough skills to correct improper grammar, spelling, etc. I'm a natural writer and Rp'er. And....uh...my previous Rp's are all...interesting. So yeah...

Drake stood atop the cliff, gazing upon the darkened world. "Tied to the Darkness....I've done all I can." He turned around, opening a rift. "This dimension cannot be saved." He walked through the portal, not knowing where it would lead him. I don't care...just away from here!

Drake fell down when taking his next step. And kept falling...right on top of a girl. The girl was just about to kill a strange creature enveloped in darkness. A shadow. Drake groaned, rolling over onto the grass. He looked up, staring back into flaming red eyes of anger.

"You stupid moron!" The girl smacked him over the head. "I almost had it too!" She stood up, then kicked Drake as he tried to sit up. "Stupid..."

Drake jumped up before the girl could hit him again. "Hey! Hold on, not my fault!" It only took a few seconds to calm the girl, and Drake finally asked, "So what's your name?"

The girl stood proudly, announcing her name. "My name is Fate! And I;m the best Shadow Hunter of all time!"

Drake stood in disbelief. Not another one...I can't deal with another 'Shadow Hunter.' "Listen, Fate. My name is Drake Armageddon. I'm a Guardian, and it's my job to hunt Shadows. So if you would juyst back down and-"

Fate growled at him, then flashed her dagger. "Ya know, I could prove to you that I could take a Shadow!"

Drake smirked, highly amused. "Really? Then beat me!" He drew a blade at his hip, his black hair waving in the wind.

Fate smiled. This'll be easy... She lunged foward, striking out at Drake. Drake shifted back, dodging it. He then slashed foward, cutting Fate across the arm.

"Ow..." The girl grabbed her arm.

"Hey, are you alright? I didn;t mean to-" Drake had let his guard down.

Fate smirked, then lunged at Drake again, this time kissong him as she plunged the dagger into his chest. She whispered into the wind, "I win..." The words seemed to echo in Drake's mind as he fell back, landing roughly on the ground.

TRYOUT STORY

Mike woke up this monring by the loud beeping noise of his alarm clock. He look over at it and saw the time to be 8:30 and said angry "Oh my god I'm late for school!" As he rushed through getting dressed he realized that he lost his car keys. "NO, why is this happening to me?" Mike said rushing out the door grabbing a pop-tart on the go.
On his way to school he tripped and his back-pack flew open and all of his homework came flying out into the sewer. This was not a good day for Mike. Once he arrived at school, he notice his shoe lace was untied, so he stopped to tie it when all of a sudden a white Honda pulled up next to him and a beautiful girl walked out of the passenger seat. She said "Thanks mom I'll see you after school" in the most beautiful voice. Mike couldn't help but stare at her as she walked by.
As Mike walked into class late he notice that the same girl he saw this moning was sitting right infront of him in math. "Students we have a new student with us today so make sure we all make her feel welcome" the teacher announced "who would like to show Samantha around the school. Mike thought this is my chance to get to know her, as mike was about to raise his hand Brad the school pretty boy beat him to it. Then Mike watch the love of his life pass him by and he could forgive himself for letting that happen...

Agree. One other thing is because there are SO many RPG's and suddenly, they just stop. People stop to post in them in only a few days. And, i already said this, there often are no rules! People just post whatever they want and...I don't like that on RPG's....
Well...I'm going to try to enter the RPG Team in order to change somethings like those....

Why I should consider you in: Well, I have a few experience in RPG's. I have been in forums that were only made for role-playing, like Naruto RolePlay (which is one of my favourites). I also like to write and create stories and characters. My vocabulary is good, even if english is not my "native" language. I like to help others to develop their capacities in writing, creativity and understanding of some english grammar. I also would like to teach them that role-playing can be even more fun if you have rules to guide it.




The Tryouts:

It was ever since that day. That day, that turned him into this achromatic being, who tried to absorb every light of salvation he could find. But he couldn't. He couldn't, because the place where he was encountered didn't possess a simple ray of light on it. He often thought, in the brief moments he could have those impermanent but within desired "lively" thoughts, that it was a dry coincidence for his name to be Hikaru.
Hikaru was indeed what he was seeking.
Tears started to stream down his face.
“Where are we going, Hikaru?” – she asked, while Hikaru was covering her innocent eyes with his hands. – “Come on! Your hands are cold! You should wear some gloves you know…you should wear the one I brought you.” – Hikaru snickered. How many times would he be surprised like that? He wondered how wasn’t he used to that caring and loving manner of hers. She was always thinking of others first. Always. –“Hikaru? Are you there, or these are someone else’s hands?”
-“Just calm down a bit.” – He whispered and than kissing her on the cheek. - “We are almost there.”- They walked just a littler further. – “We’re here. You can open your eyes now.”
He had taken her to the most beautiful place he had found. -“I know how much you love roses. A birthday should be celebrated pleasantly.” – He said, hoping for treasured reaction. She just stood there for a little bit. Her hair was softly blowing in the wind.
“Hikaru…” – She hugged him tightly. Hikaru was sure he would never forget those kinds of moments. After setting the towel and the handbasket down, they stayed there for a moment, watching that wonderful garden of roses.
“Do you remember when we first met?” – She asked.
“Of course I do. How couldn’t I?” – He answered. She regarded him for a few seconds and then got up.
“Hum. Oh, I don’t believe you.” – Now Hikaru was staring at her. He was thinking how silly and innocent she was.
“Oh, you don’t? He hugged her from behind her back. – “I should tell you then, how much I remember.” – He grabbed her hand and both sat down again. He was looking directly to her eyes. – “It was a November like this. Damn cold, wind blowing up and I was freezing to death. I had not a home that time. I still remember the kids calling me a bum, shooting stones at the same time. I still remember the hard texture of the floor I slept on. I remember asking you for money. I remember you didn’t give it to me. Instead, you lifted me up and helped me. You took me home; you made me surrender my heart. I remember that day, so well. The first time I looked into your eyes. The first time you touched me. The first time I loved you.”

Then, Hikaru stopped the memories. They were too painful.

He wondered why she left him. Wondered why he didn’t have the strength to help her.

Then he extended his hand to the street, watching people passing by, not noticing him, hopefully waiting that she would come back and lift him up again.


Note: Hikaru means “light” in japanese

KH2_FinalSora, you're fairly what we're looking for. You'll do great in the Masters Group. Welcome aboard!

MasterBlade99, I will advice waiting a week for applying again. Your Tryout is good, but lacks a lot of flowing, and events occur to quickly :( You're just about crossing the line to enter, so practice, and next week, try again! I'm sure you'll make it ;)

Why I should consider you in: Because I follow the rules, and will keep the RPG's on track. Also I really love to RPG.

Try out RPG:

Dominic saw some guy with a tail walking over to some girl with ears. He couldn't help but think that these people were from a different world. He noticed that the guy with the tail had been looking at all of the people in the room. Examining them, it was probably nothing but DOminic didn't like unanswered questions, was he here on purpose or was his travel an accident as well? He wished he had brought soem paper and a pencil or pen or chalk or whatever. First of all he was bored. But second of all these pople were all freaks.
He toyed with the idea of asking Mr. Tail for paper, but he probably didn't have another pencil and anyway if people looked at him wierd now. He could only imagine what they would think about cat girls. Anywhere from a wierd fettish to insanity no doubt he thought bitterly. The fact was that he didn't have any friends, but he never went out of his way to make any a good friend would talk to me first wouldn't he? Though I suppose we wouldn't have been friends yet. Dominic shook the thoguths form his head, he was no doubt staring while he thought. Besides, he let his mind wander too often. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a pencil. I have one after all he shrugged and played a little game of catch with himself.

Why I should consider you in:I want to improve the ps that go on here. I have been in other forums that required an extensive amount of rping skills. Im not the best but ill try.

Tryout:

Back in the time of dragons and fairies there lived a boy who went by the name of Ryan. Not a peasant as some people may presume. He came from a family of nobles and knights. Ryan urged on by a dare moved into the forbidden forest, though afraid he did not back down. As he walked down the winding path he slowed his pace and came to a halt. There was a still silence, the air smelled of death. Ryan heard his companions call him back and as he turned he was knocked down. He awoke locked in a cage of cold steel. The room was lighten up bu an eirie(sp?) glow. The sight of his surrounding were morbid. Eyes floated in jars, fingers layde neatly arrange from size on a round table and from the corner of his eye he saw what he thought impossible. There lay a maiden chained to the floor. SHe wore a gown silver like the moon her hair matched its beauty an her eyes emerald green. "Fair maiden can you hear me," Ryan whispered across the room. She lay silent, unresponsive. "SHe will not wake," said a hoarse voice. Ryan turned and there stood a horrid creature. Its face deformed its body twisted and turned. "Who are you," asked Ryan. "I use to be a prince of a distant land," he began. "On my way to Ivalice I came across this road and was led here." "What happened to you" asked Ryan once more. "A trinity of witches who practice the fowl arts imprisoned me and robbed me of all sense and beuty. I will remain like this till the day I return to dust. You must escape or the same faith awaits you. Take the maiden with you for she must not remain here. One of the bar should be loose now flee my friend." said the prince. Ryan found and knocked down the bar. He released the maiden and place her on his shoulder as he headed for the door. The woods were quiet nothin but the crickets broke the silence. The woods were a maze. Ryan panted and gasped as he ran through the woods. Finally finding the way he came back he exited the woods and as the warmth of the light shone on the maiden she regained her life. As he let her down Ryan could hear a distant scream coming from the forest. The prince was being tortured to the last of his words.

Im done... I mean Its kind of like a prelude to a story. But thats it for now. I want to know what you think.

Dakota threw his lockblade at the wall. "Damn him!" He was crying, tears we're falling from his face. He punched the wall and looked up at the ceiling. He yelled and jumped his hardest. He hit the top of the ceiling and it broke like a can being smashed on the ground. As he was going through the ceiling he asked himself. Where did that bastard go? I've got to find him and kill him. There's no other choice now.
When he landed outside there was a man with a black coat covering his face. Dakota pointed his lockblade at him. "I'm going to kill you!" He yelled spitting on the ground. Dakota looked at him, with a glare the could freeze someone. The man took off his hood, what Dakota saw frightened him to the core. The man had no face, and his head was more of a skull. The man yelled "If your wanting to kill me, your going to have to be more powerful than last time." He smirked.


Dakota yelled as loud as he could "You bastard! You killed them, well it's your turn to die now!" Dakota was floating in the air when he took his lockblade and made another blade come out of no where. "Your dead." He smirked to the man. He ran at the man and without hesitation swung for the head.

Ryo has always been a warrior since he's eleven. He remebered well his childhood, spent daydreaming about becoming a captain of his Reign's army.
He had greatly accomplished that dream and was now leading his own "battalion".
When they reached they're objective, Ryo stoped.
"Now, listen all to me! I want you to attack rapidly and to show no mercy! Kill everyone you find, steal everything you can." Ryo takes his gun and almost pull the triger. but the girl said "Wait, Im not going to hurt he told Ryo"
"Ryo stood there and said you must be a good person right?" "Yea i am and i want to tell you that i went to your school" Wait, Whats your name asked Ryo?" "My name is sara" Wow i do know you then." "Ryo what are you doing, you post to be helping us." "Oh sry. Ryo took his gun out and started to shoot and so did sara. Ryo started to run fast so he could catch up to his crew. When there were trying to catch up, Sara ask how old are you?" "Im 18" "But really you need to stop asking guestions so we can catch up" "Sry its just i have not seen you in ages." "I know! Finaly that catch up and Ryo started to shoot agian. When Sara looked back there was one men that looked hurt. "Is that one of your men asked Sara?" "Yes and he is my best friend" Ryo stop so he could see if he was k, when he checked he was dead. A little tear came out of his eyes. I should not have let him in this war!" But i did." Ryo got up and started to get really mad, started to shoot everything and amlost one of his crew. Ryo stop!" Finaly he stop, but still was kinda of mad. there were only 2 crew members of the darkness team. Sara you finish it!" She take her gun and pulled the triger. There she told the crew."

Why I should consider you in: I really love this rpg page and am tired of seeing people putting ** these and trying to rule the story. However, instead of banning them, i think they should be tought how to rp the right way. that is why. But sometimes., there are people who just won't listen to what you try to tell them and teach them, so I would like to be a moderator, too.

Story name: Moonlit road


Xairin walked down the moonlit road, thinking of all the reasins why he had run away from his family two years ago. He sighed, remembering his loving mother and father. They just didn't understand that he needed to make his own life... he needed to be free. As he walked, his black coat seemed to consume the moonlight like a vortex of darkness. His legs had goosebumps because he was wearing worn and faded jeans and tattered boots. His dark hair also seemed to swallow up the light. Suddenly Xairin stopped as he saw the silhouette of another person aproaching on the road. He crouched cautiously, wondering if it was another bounty hunter sent by his parents to get him. As the silhouette walked out of the shadows and into the moonlight, however, Xairin saw that it was a woman about 16, his age. She had long blonde hair that sparkled in the moonlight and her eyes were like emeralds. She was a little shorter than him, maybe five feet eight inches. As she saw him she seemed to slow down. "Hello." Xairin said, extending his hand, "My name is Xairin. Don't worry, I won't bite."
The girl extended her hand and shook Xairins. "My name is Star." Her voice was beautiful, as if an angel was speaking.
"well, if you don't mind me asking, Star, " Xairin grinned at her. "What are you doing out here all alone at night?"
Star looked at the ground. "I'm running away from my parents... they just don't understand me..."
Xairin smiled and said, "I'm running away, too." He seemed to take a moment to think before saying, "Why don't we run away together?"
Star smiled, "That sounds good."
Xairin slipped his coat off and put it around Star's shivering shoulders. She smiled at him.
"Thank you." She said, and kissed him on the cheek. She then looked away and blushed, embarassed.
Xairin smiled at the beautiful girl who he had just met. He pulled her close to him and kissed her. Then he whispered in her ear. "You're welcome."

Why I should consider you in: I enjoy reading up rpgs and following thier stories. Though I'm maybe not the best at creating them myself, i know what will and wont work when it comes to a rpg.

The Tryouts:
Leo strolled out off the town and wandered aimlessly thinking of Emily once more. Passing through the dark forest which surround the village, he seemed to be guided with a light which surrounded him. Everything now seemed bright ,how had she managed to intoxicate him just with her voice, it filled him with joy and happiness and he had never even seen her. Heaing down towards the beach he felt the light breeze blow through his hair, causing it to cover his face.
Stepping onto the beach he watched as the sun just began to set, causing a flush of red and orange to flow from the water and spread like wildfire. Her he heard the voice once more. "Beautiful ain't it." turning sharply, Leo brushed away his hair to get a good look of Emliy. "Woah" her eyes sparkled a dark azule in the half light and pierced his soul, trapping Leo in her gaze. "So I'm not the only one who would risk the forest to get her then" she said with a small smile on her face.
As the sun fades into night Leo beings to feel his heart jump, how could he be so lucky to have cuaght her attention.
"Aparently not." he laughed, "I'm Leo" he said, "and your Emily i think."
"Yea, i knew your name, but why did think I wouldn't know you?"
"Well, I, em, dunno, I just a bit of a loner thats all." he said with a confused look on his face.
"Well maybe this will cheer you up." leaning in she grabbed his head and pulled him in for a kiss. "You're not escaping me again." she whispered into his ear.
A swirl of wind picks up around them as the kiss for the first time and a wall of sand circles them, almost as though cutting them off from the world.

I don't mind who that is, but, you will have to inccorporate all the skills, abbilities and knowledge you have about Role-Playing if you want to pass this try-out and be inside the Team. So, yes, choose a setting, be descriptive, and all that stuff.

Character: A 16 year old schoolboy, who is a major tech nerd.

IN Character:

There she was, walking down the hall. She was in his first period class and third period. He had known her for a few years now, but never had he been able to speak to her, or look her way without his face burning bright red, an accurate representation of his emotions.

But today would be different. Here in this second floor hallway, he would ask her to walk with him. See if maybe she might want to meet with him sometime. It would all go well. Zack had stayed up late last night, practicing, running everything through a simmulation program. He watched her walk for a few more moments, admiring the way her frame moved. Finaly, he moved, walking up beside her.

"Uh, he-hello..." He managed to studder, his earlyer nervousness resurfacing. He nervously clenched his ivory shirt, wadding the material in his hand.

"Oh, Hello Zack!" She said happily. She knew his name. Of course she knew his name. They had been best friends for a year now, but this was the first time he had ever viewed her like this and attempted to talk to her about his emotions.
"Your red, are you alright?"

She put a hand on his forhead, and he swallowed his fear. This was it, this is when he would admit his feelings.

"Can you wait a second?" she asked, running off.

Welcome, members. This RPG Section will be organized fully, hopefully during the next 2 weeks. Okay, so, yes. The RPG Team.
This is a Team, of course, concentrated in the Role-Playing area.
The Team is going to be divided in different Groups which will manage different duties towards the RPG system.

The RPG Moderating Group

The RPG's got, as anything regarding Forums, rules. Yeah. That's right. Rules. And, these rules are listed below.

Role-Playing Essential Rules

# 1 - No asterix (*) in members' posts.

# 2 - No one-line posts.

# 3 - No killing other Role-Player's Character unless you both hold an agreement about it and get a way of making it flow into the current storyline.

# 4 - The use of proper language is essential.

# 5 - Trying to keep on storyline and not creating your own in every post would be appreciated.

# 6 - No full OOC (Out of Content) posts unless it's truly neccesary.

# 7 - No use of Smilies when In-Content posts.

# 8 - No harassing other members about their characters, no arguing about their Role-Playing decisions. If you wish a Storyline to follow the Plot you desire, PM the respective Role-Player and agree in a way of making the Storyline between both characters as you both wish it.

# 9 - No overpowerful characters. i.e: "My character can't be injured because of this and that".
This makes the Storyline less interactive.

# 10 - Try creating characters that do not lack creativity. Think big and try to make the best character of them all when joining a RPG!

# 11 - No double-posting, and no General Chatting.

# 12 - No netspeak. i.e: "hey how r u i hope u r doin fine 2 day"



Those were the 12 essential Role-playing rules. Yes, go memorizing them. But your role in here is not actually just memorize them. It's Enforcing those rules when Members are Role-Playing.
Basically, this Group is in charge of Moderating the RPG Area. So the people in this Group, better start patrollizing the area when the time arrives! These rules are going to be posted in the RPG section in a near future. If any problem surges because of your enforcement or other stuff, feel free to PM me.



The Role-Playing Masters Group


This Group will be comformed by Expert Role-Players (Well, not Expert, but you get me) in charge of teaching New Members how to RP correctly and appropiately. I will leave them with the duty of using their own skills to show the members how a good Role-play is like. I expect this group to:

1) Be patient towards younger members who find it difficult to understand. (Or older as well...*sigh*)

2) Give their best to help the audience understand the basics of the Role-Playing measures.

3) Help the audience inccoprorate appropiate words. This means, teach them about being descriptive enough, nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc. This will make the Role-playing ambient more interactive and entertaining.

4) The use of netspeak. This is truly important. I want this Group to try to remove the Netspeak channel inside members' heads towards Role-Playing, and help them speak with some more maturity.

5) Punctuation. I want you to teach these members Punctuation rules. Please. I've been through annoying experiences because of the non-use of them.

6) Teach members how to inccorporate a New Character inside the RPG. For example, when someone else joins the RPG, teach them how to add him into the storyline as it would flow, and not leave him behind.

7) Teach them about how it would be best for a character to react within the current situation. This makes it more exciting and entertaining.


That is what I simply expect. If you have more to give, then bring it on!
This is a truly important role, as the future of the Role-Player's Role-playing quality lays inside your hands.




The RPG Organizers Group

These people will have a little administrative power towards the organization of the RPG Section. I plan these people to divide it in different sections for members to guide themselves in respect of their tastes. To do so, I want them to Review every RPG created and sort it into one of these types:

- Fantasy
- Reality
- Action
- Epic
- Parody
- Mixes
- Others

If I'm missing an Essential type, the Members of this Group can feel free to add them.
They will be in charge of reviewing the RPGs and disitribute them into any of these kinds. This will help members decide on their tastes when wanting to join an RPG. Basically, they decide which style the RPGs suit best.
These group can also Rate the RPGs if desired.


The RPG Graders Group

To be honest, we won't be accepting random RPGs being created with no actual purpose and get simply thrown in. The RPG Graders are in charge of grading the RPGs people wanna create. For example, when a user wants to create his own RPG, the 'first post' regarding the information about it should be posted in a Special Grading Thread. There, the Graders will considerate if that RPG is worth of being added into the pile, or not. If they think it is really close to be good, but not enough, they can feel free to give suggestions to the users. This team will be working together with the RPG Organizers as well.
Basically, these are the ones who decide wether the RPG is appropiate and entertaining enough to be added into the RPG Section.
They will also have the Administrative power to remove ghost RPGs.
Ghost RPGs: We will call these the ones which once were famous, and now they are simply dead. If an RPG hasn't been even touched for at least a month, it means that people have lost interest in it. We don't want it to be there hanging randomly wasting space. So, if they consider a RPG extremely dead, with no sign of the starter, they can delete it. If by any reason the starter of it wants it to be revived, he can feel free to PM the RPG Graders to let them re-open it.





Phew. Those are the basics you should know about the RPG System. Feel free to share your ideas as well, please.

MY RPG: Chased

Terra walked across the desolate wasteland towards the immense castle standing above it, perched on a cliff overlooking the entire canyon. As he walked, he noticed a strange presence in the castle, but it wasnt an enemy. It was someone...that Terra knew. Or at least, used to know. With a very confused look on his face, he continued walking toward the castle. He decided that walking all the way to the castle was to tedious, so he took a running start, and leaped onto the side of the cliff. He continued running up the side towards the immense castle.
When he finally arrived, he opened the front gates with his bare hands and looked inside. Inside was standing a beautiful girl, with short, blue hair and amazing blue eyes.
"Umm..I..you...is...what? hiii..." He says hazily as he continues to stare at her perfect physique.
The mysterious girl giggles and introduces herself. "Hehe, hi. My name is Aqua. I was told to come here, they said you were looking for recruits."
Terra thought for a moment about what she said, I did? Me and...Ven...Oh yeah..We wanted one more...But this one.. ahhhh...shes so beautiful, Terra thought this last word with a thoughtful sigh.
"What makes you think you have what it take to be in our...Group..." Terra said, not wanting to give too much away.
"Well..." Aqua instantly changed into a armored uniform just like mine, except with a different headpiece. 1 point for her, Terra thought. Aqua continued to run up the side of the castle's interior and stood (upside down) and very top of gargantuous grand hall chandelier. She looked absolutely brilliant. Point 2 for Aqua, Terra thought, dazed by her amazing performance.
"I'm not done!" Aqua shouted from the chandelier, then, with a mumbled incantation, she performed a reflect spell that was so incredible, that Terra was positive nothing in the world could pierce it, just like the love he felt for her at the moment. Tres points. DING DING DING. We have a winner.
"So am I in?" Aqua said as she floated down from the chandelier.
"Yes. That was incredible. We could definitely use your magic and balance in our voyage. I'll go alert Ven." That he fell in love with an angel.

As Ginny was walking slowly along the white beach but she stopped in her tracks as she saw Hayden sitting about 7 meters in front of her.
Hayden noticed the sound of heavy breathing coming from somewhere he looked up to see Ginny standing there motion less.
"Hey what is wrong?" Hayden asked wondering what she was doing.
"Oh nothing" Ginny replied snapping back to reality.
"Oh well you just froze wait haven’t I seen you somewhere" Hayden asked as he searched through his mind trying to match a name to her face
"yeah you have we go to the same school I am Ginny we have Maths together" Ginny said acting like nothing was wrong but her mind was racing this was the guy she had liked since she first saw him but he didn’t know who she was.
"Oh yeah you are the brainy Girl who gets all those high scores" Hayden said as he started to stand up
"Oh great you knows me as the Brainy girl" She Exclaimed
"I also know you are a person" Hayden said trying to cheer her up
"No i am an alien" Ginny said with a chuckle
"ok you are" Hayden Replied with a laugh just then he noticed how beautiful she was with hair down and flowing in the wind and the tight yellow tank top and short cut jeans that replaced her dreadful school uniform.
"What are you looking at?" Ginny Asked as she noticed Hayden looking at her funnily.
"Oh nothing i have got to go see you at school tomorrow?" Hayden Said as he gathered his book that he was reading earlier and started to head off

When Izo finally reached the top of the highest branch, he stared at the beautiful horizon. He sighed softly. "I wish this day would never end," he murmered. Just the he was startled by a voice. "What are you doing up here alone, Izo??"
Izo turned around. "Oh, it's only you, Hiru. I thought someone was about to attack me." Hiru smiled.
"That is what you always say, Izo," she said sweetly. Izo turned his head back to the horizon, which was starting to disappear.
Hiru looked at Izo, then the horizon. "Nice horizon, isn't it?" she askd.
Izo nodded as Hiru sat down next to him. "Yeah.... it's like... some dream that can only be seen once in a lifetime." He started to close his eyes.
Hiru smiled at him. "There are always times when you will see it again. Maybe not tomorrow, but another day." Izo opened his eyes. "Yeah, you're right."

Moments had passed. The horizon slowly started to vanish. Just then, Hiru stood up. As if a trigger was released, Izo stood up at the same moment. "Well.... at least I got you as a friend," Izo said warmly. Then Hiru hugged him. "You're right. We'll be friends forever," she whispered as the sun went down.

Choose a random Character, and Role-play a scene in which your character encounters his/her 'love' for the first time. I don't mind who that is, but, you will have to inccorporate all the skills, abbilities and knowledge you have about Role-Playing if you want to pass this try-out and be inside the Team. So, yes, choose a setting, be descriptive, and all that stuff.



Bryant was leaning on a wall of a old abandoned building. This had been his favorite place to play at with his friends, they all loved this place, but one person in paticular he like playing with here. She was the reason he was here right now. Just hours before he had left a note in her locker, telling her to meet him at the place were they used to play, and had so many memories. It took all he had to slip that note through the crack of her locker. His heart was racing, then and was even now as he waited. It took him all night to write the letter, getting it perfect for her, and just write.

The letter told her all, how he felt, that he wanted to be with her, and had wanted to for so long, he had just been to nervous to tell her. Bryant was just about to leave, pushing off of the wall, he turned in the direction that he lived, or rather were the exit was, when he herd someone coming around the corner behind him, and a skid as some one stopped.

"Bryant wait." A female voice called to him

Turning around he gave a half smile, his face bright red as he looked at her."Ye...Yes Rika." At this point he knew that she had read his letter, it was in her hand after all.

"It what is said in this letter all true, do you really feel that way for me."

Bryant nodded, if his face wasn't already as red as it was now, it would get redder."Ye...Yes it is all true, every last word."

Slowly Rika walked up to him, then finaly stood infront of him, looking deep into his eyes."Well i feel the same way, i just didn't know how to tell you."

A smile came to his face and he gently hugged her."I am glad you do." After the hug he took her hand, and the both of them walked out of the old area.

Try-out Story (Other people who read this, I am an exception. I am allowed to write out a battle scene from a story I'm currently writing.)

There, the dark visceral himself stood. Optimistic he was, with a taste for mortifying
deliverance. The one known as Marluxia, the Nobody, had been reborn.
They were in a large field a few miles outside Castle Oblivion when the ruckus had started.
A huge ball of darkness had formed, and from it birthed Marluxia.
The previous time Zexion and Marluxia had met, it had not been a friendly visit.
Marluxia was out to kill Zexion, for reasons he had thought naught of.
The entire organization itself planned to take out Zexion, but little did they know, Zexion
understood the chain. The strongest of the strong would come out last, and own the organization
for themselves.
Zexion held his hand out and forming within it was a keyblade. The Far Off Memory, he
called it. "Aren't you supposed to be dead?" he asked Marluxia with a determined, yet shallow expression.
"My presence here is none of your concern, Cloaked Schemer. Leave me and go." the pink haired enigma replied,
an insult hidden in the statement.
Zexion shook his head. "I'm done with running!" he erupted, and jerked his foot forward, rocketing into a dash
towards him. He struck Zexion's form, but the scythe had already seemed to block it and send it off to the side.
He continued blows striking from left to right, only to be parried from side to side without end. Marluxia finally,
tired of the pointless quarry, spun his scythe around. The tip of the handle crushed against Zexion's cheek and sent
him burrowing into the ground.
He came upon one knee and began breathing heavily. ''Why is he so much stronger than me?'', Zexion mumbled to himself.
Marluxia stood at the top of the steps, a sick grin glued to his face as he twirled his scythe around his fingers and
hurled it backwards, resting it on his shoulder. "You are nothing but a tacticioner, Zexion. I can see it in your eyes."
He continued on and on, the words ringing so true in Zexion's ears, and pummeling his heart at the same time.
"You are the weakest of the weak. I am surprised you were ever accepted into our ranks."
Zexion smirked at Marluxia, then stood, his keyblade at the ready, and rushed at him once more.
The pain in Zexion head was immense. He didn't even know its origin or why he had it, but it forced him to release
every last bit of his rage towards the man.
"MARLUXIA!!!' he cried, a form of battle cry it seemed. He leapt forward, his keyblade out, and formed the perfect
initiation movements for an overhead skull splitting strike, but even as perfect as it was, it failed.
"Don't push your luck, kid!" Marluxia bellowed as he held out his scythe. Zexion's keyblade slid down the blade as
Marluxia spun it full circle and shoved it forward, impaling him.
Zexion could feel the cold blade sink into his flesh and imagined what his gaping wound must look like. There he
sat, hovering over ground by impalement of a scythe, and he was helpless.
He attempted to raise his hands and pull himself off, but Marluxia had already spun the blade around himself, and
Zexion was forced to retire his impaled state and come crashing into the damp grass, face dug deeper than the grass
itself.
Marluxia's grin burned through the back of Zexion's head, he could feel it without even seeing it with his own eyes.
He knew it was there.
Marluxia turned and summoned himself a portal of darkness, and stepped inside of it, saluting to Zexion as if to say,
'Nice knowing you, soldier."
The pain had finally set in from his wound. He would've rather forgotten about it, but he couldn't.
He lifted his hands and dug his fingers into the ground, followed by a rigorous roar that echoed the skies.
The pain was immense, and Zexion could not take it. That was the end of the Cloaked Schemer.
And still, to this day, his dying scream can be heard throughout the carrying winds of those fields.

Now for the tryout. I like this idea, but it seems almost like a fanfic.

As Tal sheathed his blade, he turned around. His surroundings were dull. Gray sky, sand, and large rock walls. The moon was full. The last thing he remembered is being in 7th period English in Katik High. He was looking at Olivia, the girl he liked. They were also best friends. He was doodling when a black light engulfed the entire school. Then he heard screams, and then he blacked out. When he woke up, he was here, and he was attacked by a dog thing, or a wolf. He ran, but as he did, 2 katanas appeared stuck in the ground. He picked them up and fought the little wolf thing. "And that's it" Tal thought. "I'm going to die!" he then yelled. As he turned around again, he saw a mass lying at the other end of the "valley". As Tal sprinted towards it, he realized it was the shape of a human! When he saw that, he ran as fast as possible. When he reached the human, it turned out to be Olivia, lying there unconcious. Tal then said "Olivia wake up! You have to, it's getting too cold to sleep." It's true. Where Tal and Olivia were, the tempature was well below zero. Luckily, they got a wardrobe change when they were teleported here, for they now both wore furs. After about an hour, Olivia started to come round. She looked at Tal and smiled, then said "Hi, Tal. Where the heck are we?" "I don't know," Tal answered. All of a sudden, he heard a crunching noise. He turned around quickly, and saw a gigantic wolf-thing standing on its hind legs. Its teeth were coated with old, dry blood. It stood at least 7 feet tall. Tal helped Olivia up, and they ran. Unfortunately, the wolf could walk and keep up with them. Tal realized this was the mother of the little wolf thing he had killed earlier! "Oh God!" he thought "The young one was hard to kill, imagine this one's stregnth!". The wolf walked closer, and Tal took out his katana. He ran, yelling, at the wolf. The wolf whipped its arm out, and Tal took advantage. He cut its arm, but it didn't do anything more than scratch it. The wolf seemed to smirk, then it picked Tal up, and threw him. As Tal's life flashed before his eyes, he spun and faced the oncoming enemy. He then held his hand out, and a bolt of lighting sprung from it, hitting the wolf in the heart. It fell over, very dead. Olivia ran over to him and said "Tal, that was amazing!" Tal said, "We........need to...............find.....shelter.......". He was exhausted. So Olivia half carried him around until she found a cave in one of the rock walls. Once checked for creatures, she laid him down and thought "He'll get better, I know he will" In a few hours, Tal woke up. He started talking to Olivia about random things. He then said, "Olivia, we've known each other since kindergarden, and I've always liked you." "I kinda figured that Tal." she said, smiling. "Well then, let's be the Robinson Crusoe of this place," Tal said. And with that, they leaned over, and kissed.


















I wrote it in a way so that he has already met his love, but is truely meeting her this time. Is that ok? If not, I'll write another. Also, is it ok that I put battle scenes into it?

Vincent was standing outside of homeroom at the end of the day waiting for the girl of his dreams ,Misumi, whom he was friends with since Junior year but ever since he first saw her he loved her with his whole heart but he has now decided to tell her the true extent of his real feelings for her and then she walked out
"Hey Misumi i have been meaning to tell you this for a long while well..." Vincent was very nervous because it was his first time he ever asked a girl out
Misumi quicly said "Well what is it Vincent?" she was a vey impatient girl
"Well you see I sort of...like you... sowould you like to go out on a date?" Vincent shyly queried Misumi was shocked for the first few seconds but then responded
"I have always felt the same Vincent but i never had enough courage to admit it but I would love to!!!!" and they happilly married at the age of 24 and had 1 child

Blake Crossed over to the girl that had just had her books thrown down in front of her. "Is everything-" he was shocked, this girl was beautiful, and not just in a "kiddy crush" way. The hall buzzed with commotion but he could only see the two of them. He helped her pick up her heavy books. She stared at him with those gorgeous blue eyes. For once in his life, he could finally see "love" blossoming in front of him. She touched his hand with her soft delicate fingers.
"Thank you" she said and took her books.
"Uh...no problem" he said blushing. After that second past he couldn't get his mind off of her.
"Are you new?" Blake felt embarassed beyond reason.
"Blake it's me Naley!" He looked up at her face.
"Naley?" the same girl who had lived across the street from him for two years. "Oh sorry."
"Uh...what the heck is wrong with you."
"Nothing" he said sighing. Even though he knew who she was she was still on his mind.
"Let's get to class" she said and smiled her pretty smile.
"Yeah" Blake said grabbing her hand and holding it. "Let's go together."
Naley smiled even bigger, she had waited for this moment for a long time.

Why I should consider you in:I love RPG`s they are practically my life and I know good RPG`s when i see them so i would be able to tell people who make RPG`s on this site how to make them better and people will stay more active on them because the RPG is good

The Tryouts:Setting:High School, Season:Winter,Character:Vincent
Here goes nothing:D

Vincent was standing outside of homeroom at the end of the day waiting for the girl of his dreams ,Misumi, whom he was friends with since Junior year but ever since he first saw her he loved her with his whole heart but he has now decided to tell her the true extent of his real feelings for her and then she walked out
"Hey Misumi i have been meaning to tell you this for a long while well..." Vincent was very nervous because it was his first time he ever asked a girl out
Misumi quicly said "Well what is it Vincent?" she was a vey impatient girl
"Well you see I sort of...like you... sowould you like to go out on a date?" Vincent shyly queried Misumi was shocked for the first few seconds but then responded
"I have always felt the same Vincent but i never had enough courage to admit it but I would love to!!!!" and they happilly married at the age of 24 and had 1 child

I just added the happily married thing to make it soud all cheesy
