Okay, this thread is pretty simple, HOW to RPG. Firsty, RP means Role-Playing. Okay, rules vary between different RPG's. Put here are some pointers:
1. It's best to RP in 3rd Person, which means 'He' or 'She' or 'Jessixx'.
2. Don't do one liners, it's called SPAMMING. Please, just don't.
3. Be descriptive with your posts, to make them sound better. You'll also be classed as the better RPer.
4. Keep to the storyline! Don't go off on your own adventure.
5. During battle sequences, be descriptive about things. Like 'He hit her with a 13 hit combo' etc...
6. OOC: means OUT OF CONTEXT. Use this to discuse what you're going to do in the RP. If you use OOC, use IN which simply means 'in'.
7. Do not double post! On every forum (every good forum) there is an EDIT button. Simply add on your extra writing, or put a message or anything really!
8. Keep to the RPG rules, if it says no swearing, don't swear.
9. Give your information for your charecter and keep to it, unless of course you go evil/good.

Okay, here are people I give permission to add more stuff on the end:
Sora.
Riku
Dakotz
Khaos
ForgottenMemory
Khffmaster
Hopeless Heartless
Keyblademaster101
4thkeybladeholder

PM me and I'll add you on the list...

10- In most RP's spelling is not a particulary high priority. BUt still, you want people to understand your posts. So it is ALWAYS better to use a full word than an abbreviation, e.g Are rather than r, you rather than u and so on.

Yes jessixx is right. In line with rules 2&3, ther are a variety to say a simple thing.

for example....

*Dakotz battled Jessixx and won*
"So i am better then you!"

This is hoorible rping and as #2 says, is spam. Instead, use #3 and be more descriptive. watch as that 2 line thing can be transformed.

Dakotz pulled out his sword and charged at the waiting Jessixx. With a quick swipe of his sword he managed to get through her defenses and strike home. But she wasn't out yet, since se ad a secret weapon. As she stumbled back, she pulled out a laser and fired a shot right at Dakotz who deflected it back at her with the mirror-like shine of his blade.

"So i am better then you!" He said as she went down by the blast of her own weapon.

See the difference? This is how RPing should be. so in effect it reads like a book. So the lessn here is that if you want to RP, then RP as if you were writing a book becuase people are gonna read your story.

Thank you, Jessixx. I'm very pleased to have made the list. I'd just like to say that sometimes RPGing comes to people very naturally. (Would you believe I never took part in one before I joined this site about two weeks ago?) If you enjoy writing stories and such this might not seem to be a very big deal. But, sometimes you really have to go back and re-read through your post before you post it. I do it all the time. You might catch an error or even think to add something to it to make it better. I sometimes even have microsoft word up so I can make sure that I am spelling things correctly. Jessixx and I are only trying to be helpful here. I hope we can all learn something out of this and just have fun!

cool i made to the list
thank you jessi for doing this its just getting way to out of hand lately

Almost always wait for the person your character is with to post after you do, otherwise its considerred double posting and it get confusing its okay if you do it once or twice on accident but try not to

I only have one thing to add.

Please, please, PLEASE only attempt to participate in a RP IF you know what your doing, are going to make an effort to make what you contribute legible and worthwhile.

Thomas11 are you on my list to prove me wrong? OOC may mean that too, but I have always thought it meant OUT OF CONTEXT. Means the same thing.

well in rpg i think Out of Character would be better. but for "IN" meaning in i tihnk In Character or In Context would be way better then just "IN"
