Where are the site rules?

i had two accoutn i spammed on one i got told not to that was banned i went to my other i said sorry and was told more accoutn was against rules and im tired this will be blocked cause Riku-Sora is being mean.........i need rules.......i never heard em before and hes being soooo mean!!! i said sorry ia sked for rules link and hes gonna block dis 2.........

LOL!! You go to the Forum Issues section, and at the very top you will see an area that says "The Rules". I hppe this answers your question... Follow the link that Kota has presented and you'll be just fine!! ;)

If somebody is banned, they are banned on all accounts that they currently own and all accounts that they create in the future. There is simply no more that needs to be said about that. This applies only to the duration of the original ban. The original ban may and will probably increase if people continually try to evade it.
