The world has became a place with tall buildings and taller egos, the year is 3089, The future, nothing like the past, regular, safe life was just a thing of the past. High above the streets is nothing but daylight, which the streets below have yet to see in years, on the streets, light hardly ever reaches it. In this city crime is at an all time high, a robbery here, a murder here, just stepping out of the door puts your life at risk. There are two divisions of security. The "Public Police "and the "Federal Security". Both are full of corrupt cops but try to do there best to complete what the Government says. Though they run into trouble with the Rebels, a group of Ex-cons and Ex-cops who feel the Government has gone too far. Criminals are punished with death usually, the only conclusion that could be brought, and clones are everywhere. Cyborgs and robots are incharge of military. Life was nothing like it used to be...

So...which side is good and which side is bad?:Both are equily bad and equilly good depending on what they are fighting for.Maybe the Govement has plans and so do the Rebles good and bad

What is wrong with the daylight?: The daylight is dangerous now if exposed to the sun for a long time, the ozone layer has weakened tremendously and now the earth is close to being a desert wastland but high tech citys still exist trying to survive on what they have ,human population has decresed due to wars in the past and there are only a few extremely large domed cities left.

How many corrupt cops, like, the whole force or just some?: I would say a few doing their jobs only to get what they want. And the others are just trying to do what they think is right.Mabey a bad Cop can be a higher rank than some others and command them to do certain things but secretly for his own benefit as well for the the others that have planed and agreed with him and his plan he would also be in the plan for control of the world

What is the government doing?:Trying to save human life but is actully destroying it in the prosses because the people are rebeling from the absurd laws they have placed of the people, but the ones who have other plans in mind are trying to control this city as well as the others in and rule the world since there's not alot of resistence that can stop them. They are like high powered, extremly rich first class people so they have the capability to start another war if they wanted.

Goals-
"Public Police"-Protect public from criminals. They use only guns.

"Federal Secerity"- Protect Government Buildings and Personel. Mainly Robots.

"Rebals"- Group that are trying to spoil government plans.

"Government"- Useing unknow Power sources. Rebals are searching that source.

There is soon to be a group of Terrorists that all groups go against. Terrorists can be Experriments. There are five.

IC: In a dark ally Audon walks through. looking at the rats as they pass by. Gripping his pistols at all time. He hears a crash turns around just to see a dog knocking over a trash can. He walks on, until he finds himself in a lighted street. "Hmm, this looks strange, they must have just added it." Not thinking of it he walks on.

Meanwhile up on a third story high ledge walks a man white as day. Watching Audon walk the Dark Underbelly of the city.

max leans on a wall with his sun glasses one will nick mixes new chemical to be used. "man you keep that up one day your going to mix the wrong chemicals" max said as he laufged. "shut up max" nick said as he carfully pored some green chemical into a red one.
