Rated PG - Drama _War Of The Rising Sun_
This is possibly a new and fun way to enjoy a short term RPG with a final point. There will be twist and turns that the characters must figure out and apply to the story. It will run more like a performance starring your favorite forum members and read by those not involved but that are interested in the mystery and the plot as it unfolds.
I will be holding auditions for the following characters at this point. More characters will be added as the story unfolds. Anyone can play.
You must write a convincing short paragraph about an assigned plot so that I can see your abilities of imagination.
Posting and rules will be as usual. Try to keep the story moving.
I will hold a cast meeting to explain issues like fortune cookie in a private message which are plot twisters that the characters will receive and have to act on throughout the story.
Number one rule: no communication of any sort about the rpg with each other in private messages or outside the rpg thread. Example asking what did your cookie say? Is a NO NO!

THE EMPRESS’S FATHER - DAIMYO tell me why you are a good leader?
Name: Tojeyama
Age: 45
Gender: Male
Bio: He’s in control of the second largest village” Tajgara” in Japan he extremely wealthy and has only one child has ruled this village for the Emperor but has had conflicts with the other villages and is very skilled with a kantana.
Personality: Serious ,wise, quiet, powerful, humble, over confidant sometimes, generous, sarcastic on bad days.
Distinguishing features: Scar over his right eye that comes down to his chin
looks like : Wears a black robe with (kinda “Bleach”style) Tone body/ kinda tan skin/ brown eyes/ black hair that’s spiky and comes down in his face a little and pulled in a small ponytail/ Height 6"4 / Weight 210.
SHOGUN FOR THE EMPRESS-MAY- Tell me what makes you a good ally?
Name: May
Age:18
Gender: Female
Bio: Has been the bodyguard for the empress for the past year and knows a lot about her. They are more like friends than an acquaintance’s. She’s allies with Kai since they are both Shoguns. She’s a skilled fighter who’s really acrobatic and quick on her feet.
Personality: Serious, intelligent, loves a challenge, friendly, and outgoing, kind, a huggable person.
Distinguishing features: She’s a shogun and wears the traditional armor and samurai outfit.
Looks like: She doesn’t look strong but she is/Brown hair that’s in a ponytail length is down to her shoulders/ light skin/ brown eyes/ Height 5"7/ Weight 109.

Bio:
Personality: Strong, outgoing, friendly, serious , has a since of humor, and intelligent, can be selfish at times.
Distinguishing features: His huge Kantana
Looks like: Toned body/ tanned/gold eyes/ hair color is black and spiky/ wears a samurai outfit that’s black with white.

Bio: He has a past full of vengeance and hatred.
Personality: Quiet, sly, clever ,very withdrawn, aggressive at times, and jealous, can be shy at times, and holds grudges.
Distinguishing features: He has a black birth mark in the shape of a crescent moon on his shoulder.
Looks like: Toned body/ tanned/gold eyes/ that birth mark/ Height 6"2/ Weight 240/His hair styles a little different from Keiji’s./ and wears a samurai outfit that’s white with black.(like Keiji’s pic).

If we did fight back there might be a chance that it's not destroyed and overthrowned." He continued. The two people were standing around tons of trees that have pink petals. The pink pettals swirled around the two people. Keiji stood there. Looking down at a nearby river. Petals floated on it softly. "But I'm not the type that likes to get destroyed or overthrown.I'm sure no one else is either" He said. Cloding his eyes.

You are very convencing and made me see your reason to fight while not saying very much. Very GOOD.I'll let you as soon as others have had a chance to audition but you will be hard to beat.

No no wait we have not started the RPG I am trying to see how you see the character in your mind, you did exactly right, and you did great! but I need to wait for more people to audition before I make my decision

Well, in some cases Keiji is gonna be funny.,, But how amI supposed to react with a maybe hacing a devorce??? this is gonna be one of the hyardest RPs I've ever been in.

Their can be comedy as we go along in the story(if we didnt that would'nt be as fun) but the plot is more of a drama

Deception is not apart of my personality, it is almost pointless to me, there is no reason to decieve people who obviously see me as trustworthy. I have a job, and I have allies for reasons, this is what I have picked, this is the life, and these are the friends that I have chosen, Kai, my fellow Shogun, has been nothing but nice, so why would I go out of my way to stab a friend in the back. I am the empress's bodyguard, more or less her friend, if I do something to someone else, than why should she ever trust me as well? There is too much to lose by performing such a low action, to not be trusted, is a life that I would find worthless to live, and there is too much out there to have no one. I have gotten too far to completely destroy what I have become, what a disgrace I would be to my family, my home, myself.

ok........I Tojeyama am i good leader because thr the village that i am in controll of, i have turned it into a nice peaceful place where everyone is nice to eachother, and get along just nicley, but the other villages i am fueding with, they are a big trouble, and i believe i could lead my village people out of the trouble of having to deal with those people, and also i care for what my people need and want, and that is what i think makes me Tojeyama a good leader

Okay. War is a simple term tossed around now'a'days. We can say the word war like any other. There are very many reasons people fight. I think many of them are wrong. But when it comes to protecting our land, we must fight, we must protect our honor. If our land is in danger we must protect what we have left. War will bring us the security and honor that we deserve. Our nation is whats important to us. We must fight to survive. And even still you refuse to go to war act on this. We must protect our land for our children. they will learn from us and what we have done. They will be us in just a few years. Do they want to see us as cowards who simply gave up?

No sorry, I've already gotten this story line planed out, all of these characters have a very importaint part in it. But there will be more characters to chose from later so maybe you'll find a character you would like to play then

Do they keep you 24 hours a day???O.o jk! I will be pauseing the RPG so that nobody will get confused with the location of there characters or whats going on. I will be sending PMs out to notify you of your character and certain terms and rules of the game. I am trying to give as many people as possible a chance to audition. Between summer school and summer vacations and summer camps I know everone has a full calendar right now. I know things are vague but it will become very clear soon and fun.
