Why did they not use the trinity marks in KH2? I loved the trinity marks in the first game because it helped you level up because soon as you learned a new color trinity you would have to go back to the worlds, battle some heartless, and get your gifts. I don't know about you but going through Kingdom Hearts 2, I really had no reason to go back, if the plot didn't direct me there. We all had to go to all the worlds twice, but you didn't have to go to all of the sections, looking for little marks on the floor, I hope KH3 changes that.-Sarahphina;)

Yeah, I'm kinda mad that they didn't use trinity marks. But Kh2 is still fun to play!

I know what you mean. Although, I did occasionally went back to certain worlds that were the easiest to level up in. But that was all really. The trinity marks in Kingdom Hearts 1 were a nice side-quest.. I always had my eyes out for them. And to collect all of them!

yeah, but it annoyed me a bit when i saw one, because i pretty much always had donald swapped out of my team. but when i didnt, some extra money or items did come in handy.

Yeah I have to agree with Alien.. It did bug me a little, but it was fun to play it!

Yeah the trinity marks were cool, but the reaction commands in KH2 are cooler :P
I memba I was getting all of them, and missed a red one in Oogie Boogies mansion because I was gonna get it later but then it collapsed and I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOO

yeh thats was a great part of KH1, and it would have been great in KH2. i also did the same as you Crazyman, leaving the last red one, damn it, but there is a way even after it collapses, but i didnt know how to get it

Maybe they are going to use trinity marks in Kh3. You'll never know.:p

i hope so just like saraphina said it helped me level up maybe 5 times which would help me in kh2 i'd be level 94 but i still liked the game

The trinity marks became obsolte with all the new stuff in Kingdom Hearts 2. I believe alot of people didnt like the annoyance the marks could cause when you had a world character in your party and had to backtrack just to change characters.

True, but in Kingdom Hearts II you could change characters wherever you were in the world - so it probably would've made more sense to have them.

They're not putting them in Final Mix+ as far as I know, but after forgetting to put Mushrooms in they decided they would. So presumably there was some reason why they're not putting them in Kingdom Hearts II.

Somewhere it said there would most likely be Trinity Marks in KH2 FM+. Somewhere on here, FFNet, and/or a link from here to a magazine site.
