To get Diamond Dust I need to defeat Ice Titan in the Hercules Cup but it dosen`t show up .. I did beat it in Gold Match ..

Sorry nope... Kh: Final mix was only released in Japan...

Or more specifically - yes it is. Final Mix has English voices with Japanese subtitles, and as Twilight Dragon says, was only ever released in Japan.
