will there be sora, riku and kairi in kh3

this is my first thread and i've been hearing a lot about how sora, riku, and kairi won't be in kh3 can anyone help me because i want to know if this is a rumur or have been confirmed by square-enix please someone tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I personally think they will be in KH3. Just because they aren't the three knights doesn't mean they're not in it, right? So I think Sora and the others will have some sort of role in the game. Will it be a big role though? Only Nomura knows that, so we'll just have to wait and see. ;) Hopefully, kind of...

i think they will be in KH3 because they get a letter from the king and they all have worried expressions and i know they said that they have NEW characters, that doesnt mean that they are the new main characters.

and i dont think nearly as much people would buy it if sora, riku and kairi werent in it.

It is possible that sora, riku and Kairi wont be in it but i doubt it. it would be more logical to either keep the Sora,Riku, Kairi in as main characters or make new main characters but still include Sora Riku and Kairi in as major roles.

Ansem the Wise's heart was never unlocked, nor did his heart give in to the darkness, so I doubt he'll be back as a Heartless or a Nobody. Then again, "He did say anything might happen"

Well, it would probably feel the same as playing as Roxas for the whole game without knowing he was Sora's nobody. :p But, as for Riku and Kairi, who knows. But, you can bet there will be references to all three if they aren't in the game.

I'm pretty sure they're going to be main characters because just because the knights are new, doesnt mean they're the main characters.
Look at the secret movie for kh1, I dont think sora was in it.

Yes, Because you can’t just end the series with them and not know what the letter said. They have to be or at least mentioned in KH3. Either way (mentioned or part of the game) I just want to know what the letter said like most gamers who have played the game.

If Sora, Kairi and Riku aren't in KH3 then I'd still get the game. I don't really care about the characters, just as long as the storyline is good. I'm not one of those rabid fangirls. :p But I really think that people have got nothing to worry about. Sora's adventure isn't over just yet.

yeah, KH2 got more serious into the matter of the keyblade, in Kh1 it was just sora, riku and donald trying to find their friends, but now it seems they actually better understand the responsibilty they were given, and that's y they gotta be in this one, or else i already give it a thumbs down
