Well Sephiroth is the son of Professor Hojo and Lucrecia Crescent. If Hojo is the professor's last name rather than his first, the it would be Sephiroth Hojo. If Hojo is his first name but doesn't actually have a surname, or we took it literally that Hojo only inserted the cells and was therefore not the father, then it would be Sephiroth Crescent. Another option is that it would be Jenova's last name, which doesn't exist, so it would be Sephiroth Jenova. Cloud was created too, and his last name was Strife - as they're kind of connected it could be Sephiroth Strife. The only other option is that Sephiroth is his last name and we don't know his first (presumably until Crisis Core is released).

So his name would be:

- Sephiroth Hojo
- Sephiroth Crescent
- Sephiroth Jenova
- Sephiroth Strife
- ???? Sephiroth

Basically Sephiroth is a part of Cloud and he was in SOLDIER with him so I dont think its Strife but I cant think of anything otherwise
