I think there should be 3-4 awards given to people who are very very active in the site given by a member of staff. The award is a little picture under you avater and when u highlight your mouse over it It tells you who gave you the award.

Example: There could be one called the Golden award and its a picture of the ultimate weapon...

Each member of staff or some have there own award who they can give to who ever they want.... And its not like only one person can have the award, millions of people could have the same award at the same time... You should still have the seniour member and that but the picture awards are a bit more exciting, please tell me what you think

Yes, a lot of money. I have seen lots of forums with that feature, and it would be good to see it though.
